I used to get a bowl, but this time my husband picked up each of the Skoops flavor and took it to go.This location is great compared to others I've been to. They gave us perfect portions and the Skoops taste amazing! The staff is friendly and prompt. We always are greeted right away!They have a clean area, even during Covid it felt like a safe space while waiting for the order. Keep these Skoops forever please!

I was excited to stop into Nekter after not having been there for a while. I've never been to this location, but I used to go to the one at Queen Creek Marketplace quite a bit. I couldn't remember what exactly I used to order so I went back-and-forth a few times, but I ended up going with the PB&J smoothie without the J. You can also substitute your protein, your dairy, and whether or not you want peanut butter or almond butter. My son loves the taste of mango so he ordered the mango delight, and my husband ordered the recovery juice. There were five girls working there and they were all super sweet and working very hard. There were a few orders in front of us so we ended up waiting about 20 minutes, for a smoothie. The place itself is brand new and very clean. Parking is available in the parking lot. I thought the price was incredibly high. I spent over $30 on three small drinks. Also, plus a three dollar tip, so, I won't be going back because of how expensive it is. My son's drink was OK. My husband's drink was OK, and my drink was just OK. I wish they had more reasonable prices because I would definitely go back to the convenience of the location. They do have a rewards system. I used to have the app, but I needed to re-download it. The girl told me I could use my barcode retroactively and gain my points. I gained 80 points. I'm not sure what that means or if I'm able to redeem my next drink, but if it was free, I would come back!

After receiving this stores response it clear this company don't value customer service. This location will continue to stay 3 stars, and will never reach 5 stars. Horrible Carly Larson on combs/Nekter location is TERRIBLE!!! I called the night before about my vanilla spice drink was expired, I threw up after taking that initial gulp. Carly looked in my eyes and said they are not expired repeatedly. I said do not tell me I'm lying, I Asked you try it, it's expired. Carly began to be argumentative and combative after I left my bag of drinks and she said don't forget your bag. I said they are expired and she again said they were not so that's when I grabbed her name to report her. They gave me corporate email address for the complaint, I called corporate instead and the recording said leave a vm and do not send emails as they won't respond to emails. This location on combs is a joke, Carly Larson, you need more edicate training before you get customer service training, I hope this review leaves you with a write-up because this experience was terrible since spending over $100 on 2 bags of cleansing drinks. Will never come back to this location or any for that matter, disgraceful.

I was happy to see this location was finally open. I stopped by after an appointment and needed to get back to work. I ordered and paid and told the girl that I will be right back as I need to get something quickly at Sprouts next door. When I return pretty quickly the two girls couldn't find my order. I felt bad for them as they were trying to find it. Turned out the person who originally I ordered from went home without making my order... I didn't have the time to wait for them to make my order and requested a refund and that took awhile too. So I was a tad disappointed. Place is new and clean and parking was very easy.
