NeighborHood Runner

We take things for granted living in a big city. Food delivery is not a thing where we live. So it means the world to be able to order chipotle and have it delivered. She kept it warm in a warming box she has which is awesome. My food was exactly as i ordered it. I will def. Be ordering from neighborhood runner again. I recommend 100% and you can NOT beat the price. We have had a couple other companys come in a try this. But they want way to much. They are right on the money.

I had seen Neighborhood Runner on Yelp months ago but never had an occasion to use them.One night my husband was exhausted and I was just too tired to get motivated to get up and go get food. I had tried other, more popular delivery apps but none were available for the location we were at nor the restaurant we wanted food from. Then I remembered Neighborhood Runners. I got on Yelp, located their ad and went to the website. I had a few questions which I utilized Yelp's messaging feature to contact them. Not 5 minutes from submitting my questions did I receive a response. Not even 5 minutes! I asked a couple more questions and again received responses immediately. I then went to the website and submitted my order. About 15 minutes later I received a call from Miss LeMia. She had sent me an invoice via email and I had not answered so she followed up. We realized there was a small issue with my server so we came up with a solution so I could pay her and she complete my order. She was already at the restaurant waiting patiently. Wow! I was very impressed. At no time did I feel rushed or like I was inconveniencing her. We got it all figured out and I was able to pay for the order. A few minutes later she called again. She was in the line and they were out of an item we requested. Again, wow! Very attentive, and quick to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. She delivered the food quickly and it was hot and fresh. Neighborhood Runners is an amazing, reliable, friendly service that doesn't limit you as to where you eat or what grocery store you want to shop from. Nor because of where you live are you unable to utilize their services. I highly recommend Neighborhood Runners for any grocery shopping or dining choices. They are friendly, reasonable, communicative and quick. You will not be disappointed.

This company is amazing! Out where we live no restaurants or food delivery services deliver out here. But then I came across Neighborhood Runner and our lives have been changed! The communication is amazing and she makes sure your order is correct. She also had an insulated bag to keep the food warm which was awesome! I HIGHLY recommend Neighborhood Runner!
