Nature's Purpose Meal Prep

I've come here to tell you how incredible this food service is. I have tried so many online and local food prep services and they're all lacking in some way. My partner and I have been using Nature's purpose for 7 months and I'll tell you why I love it. Natures purpose has been the first service that I have had absolutely no issues with. First, they don't require a subscription, I simply order the meals I want each week and that's what I get. Such a simple concept, yet hardly anyone does it. Second, since they're local the food is always a fresh and has good quality ingredients. Third, the website actually gives you all the nutrition information you need. I tried so many places that would leave that out and only give you calories. Being able to see how much protein is in a dish is so important to me. Also, they have different sizes and tell the nutrition of each size.Fourth, the variety of food is great, I never get bored of the meals because there are so many to choose from and they add new ones all the time. Fifth, is the support. Delivery is always on time, and I've had a broken container every once in a while, and I've gotten refunds each time as well as an offer for a replacement. 6th and final, it's tasty and affordable. The prices are what made me check them out in the first place, but the flavor is what made me stay.All of these things rolled up helped me lose 45 pounds in the last 7 months. I started at medium sizes and worked my way down to small sizes while focusing on high protein meals.

Tried it for two weeks. I ordered dinner meals and salads. I thought some of the food tasted good. Salmon was good. I originally liked the salads but my second order was filled with brown lettuce so I threw it out. Chicken in the salad is dry. A friend and I orders at the same time. She had similar experience with the salads. I thought some of the beef was too fatty. Probably won't try again.

My parents ate their first Nature's Purpose meal and were VERY disappointed. The potatoes were delicious and the carrots and peas were fine. But, the meat was like shoe leather. It says "Beef Chuck" which is a piece of meat we would NEVER buy. Advertised as Grandma's Roast. It was dry and stringy. They had to put BBQ sauce on it just to swallow it. They will try another meal they ordered tomorrow. So far it has not been a good experience. I wanted you to know.

We have been with a different company for over a year, and let me just say how surprised we were with how delicious the food was at Natures purpose. The quality is top notch, and the flavor really stands out. Every meal we have ordered so far has been really good! We love how convenient it is to just come home, warm up dinner, and in a few minutes we are eating a health conscious meal that is portioned appropriately. Very thankful for this meal prep service that is local!

I've been consistently ordering three meals for two people weekly from Nature's Purpose for nearly a year. The meals are typically good, and super convenient. Surprisingly, my favorite dish is the sweet potato breakfast hash with poached eggs; I never thought I would like eggs from the microwave. Equally shocking, the bayou bowl is delicious, even though it's shrimp in the microwave.I do have a few complaints.One, the vegetables are not always cooked enough. I don't know if they expect the microwave to fully cook raw potatoes, carrots, and green beans, or if they're just not cooking them enough in their kitchen before packaging them. I do know it's not the most pleasant experience when I get something so undercooked.Two, the delivery schedule options, or lack thereof. I place my order to be delivered every Sunday. Unfortunately, they don't allow you to choose a timeframe. I have Sunday morning obligations, so it would be nice to narrow down a delivery time to afternoon. I'm not asking to know the exact minute, or even hour. Just a box that splits the delivery day into morning and afternoon, that's all. The current setup forces me to pay for extra ice pack packaging. I don't mind the added cost, but I don't need or desire adding three more ice packs to my freezer every week, or adding another foil insulated bag to my pile. I don't like the extra waste.Third, quality control. The undercooked vegetables fall into this category, but it's more than that. Sometimes I get vegetables that have spoiled. The broccoli is a common culprit, but I just hope that the brown ends are from being baked. I've also had red onions with huge, clearly visible, rotten green marks, which is completely unacceptable and disgusting. While we're on the topic of onions, cut them up a little more; an onion chunk shouldn't be the same size as a piece of potato or broccoli. Lastly, nobody wants a huge glob of fat in your meats. While it's a rare occurrence, we have occasionally had some inedible piece of fat in the pork/beef dishes, especially the backyard bbq.I tried having these issues addressed on social media, but was instantly banned from their account after only asking about the undercooked veggies; I didn't even have the opportunity to provide feedback about delivery and quality control. That poor customer service interaction, in addition to my minor complaints, is what led to my rating. Overall, I'll probably keep ordering from them for now, because of the convenience, and knowing that it's better for me than fast food. For the cost though, I expect to be able to provide feedback without being shrugged off.

Nature's Purpose has made my life so much easier! I've always wanted to try a healthy meal prep service, but didn't want a subscription. Fortunately, Nature's Purpose requires zero commitment. In addition, they're local and affordable! You just place an order anytime by noon on Thursday for a Monday delivery. My gym has a partnership with them, so I get my meals delivered straight to my gym, which is cheaper than having them delivered to my house.Although their seafood and veggie options are limited, the seafood options that they do have are delicious. My favorite is the Asian Zing. It comes with shrimp, green beans, fried rice and spicy honey sauce. Two out of my five meals are usually the Asian Zing. Super tasty and filling!Ingredients and macros are clearly listed on each package to help you track. They add new items on a weekly or almost weekly basis. Some things I would love to see in the future: more seafood and vegetarian options and nutritional info including sugar and sodium content. Other than that, I'm pretty satisfied!

This was by far my favorite for healthy meal delivery! You order your food by Thursday at midnight and it is hand delivered to your door on either Sunday or Monday between 5:30 and 9:30pm. You pick the day that is best for you. On the day of delivery they narrow it down even more for the time frame and you can track your order! Presentation was awesome from delivery to table! They have three sizes small, medium, and Large and let me tell you they do not skimp! You can pick from several categories when you order1. Just protein 2. Custom breakfast 3. Lunch/dinner4. Soups/sauce5. Just sides I ordered 4 small lunches, three medium dinners, one just protein which was chicken, and a sauce. With delivery it was less than $90 bucks! I also like that they put the calories, macros, and nutritional info on the side. Make sure you organize your food by the date on them as well so they don't expire before eating them. They even were able to deliver steak that was still pink in the middle! That has Always been hard for me to find. You have the option to put in the microwave or on the stove! This is a great local delivery Service and each meal I had was just as good as the last one! Order them today and avoid the stores!!

I have tried every meal service out there. I was looking for something clean, organic, and already made but not frozen. So far, they have not disappointed.

Great value and good selections. Timely delivery and food taste fresh everytime. Like the fact that there are new menu options all the time. Good for all types of taste spicy or mild all are good.

I am really happy with this meal delivery service. The food is delicious and filling. I am glad that are local and offer one of their delivery days as Sunday. That make is so much easier to have lunches ready to go for the week. I definitely recommend them.
