Natalie's Fresh Prep

I am so lucky to have found this wonderful family owned business near me. They have a plethora of fresh individual and family meals. The ingredients are fresh and organic. I have tried only 2 desserts so far but i just going down the list, i want to try them all. I appreciate that every meal and desserts shows the amount of protein it has Additionally, they have a breakfast menu that looks scrumptious. I intend to do a review of that alone. I want to continue to support this place. I love supporting my community. The owner- Natalie is always open for any questions. I would highly recommend Natalie's business.

I love Fresh Prep. It's nice to have an place to just stop by and grab an organic meal to take home instead of having to cook every night. And the subscription service is great, always something new and delicious on the menu to choose from. It's like the food delivery boxes but better because I'm supporting local. Always clean, always friendly service!

Great food and service! I like the option to sit outside or inside when I have my meals heated up in store, but I mostly appreciate being able to grab a meal or several meals and bring them home for the week!

Came to check Natalie's fresh prep out at the recommendation of my neighbor/friend who is a nutrition life coach who raves about it. Was definitely impressed. Nice variety, clean and fresh. Organic whole food, desserts, smoothies, snacks and drinks. Makes you feel healthier just looking over the choices! Ella waited on us at the counter and gave us all the info we needed to pick out our smoothie, dinner and dessert. Delicious! When you want to feel good after eating - this is the place to go! Great parking too.Definitely adding them to my best healthy and tasty meals list!

I had the pleasure of meeting Ella today who gave me such a warm welcome and made me a delicious chocolate protein shake. Ella did a nice job walking me through the menu, grab-n-go, and delivery options. Thank you, Ella, for making my experience at Fresh Prep a great one. I look forward to visiting Fresh Prep again soon and trying some more things on the menu.

Fresh... from the Microwave. To say I am DISAPPOINTED would be the understatement of the year. I was so excited to have a quick, convenient, healthy option for food near me. What this restaurant offers instead is akin to the meal prep of a fraternity brother for the price of a Michelin star. The portions are small, the food was flavorless, and the cost was exorbitant. For three such meals, the total was nearly $60. A "chicken and veggie plate" came with plain, cheap white rice and quite literally, four bites of chicken. Worst of all, when asked to heat up the food, they put the meal prep containers straight in the microwave -- any benefits from the "organic" food were tainted with microplastics and chemicals. If you value quality food, spare yourself from this highway robbery.
