The owner is very friendly and accommodating. She shared information with me about the process. I only went a few times but did see some slight positive changes. The only unfortunate part was it's hard to close the top of the bed. I eventually would get it closed, but sometimes it took a few minutes, which took away from my time relaxing in the bed. I'd come back and try it again.

It's an amazing place to treat yourself. I would recommend to everyone. This therapy really helps skin. I can definitely feel and see the difference on my scar. I also have gained energy and my muscle pain has decreased. I will continue doing this therapy.

Redlight is a wonderful treatment. It gives me energy. It helps make my face less oily. It's a natural defense of pimples before they start. It makes my skin more healthy my skin feels younger. My face looks younger. Get 30 days of treatment was worth it. It took time for the effects to show up. It increased my over all vitality. I can't recommend enough. I am regular customer now, can't wait to see what the effects are like in a year. It's so gentle there are no side effects. There is no harshness of UV lamps. Truly a unique incredible treatment.

It definitely my time - her time. The place is only open from 10 - 2 then 5-7. She gave two reason first was at 2 pm to 5 pm it's to hot out side and ppl don't want to come there at that time, next day was because her daughter has a kid and she goes and releases grandpa, so she watches the baby. She changes her stories like she changes her underwear, daily!! Then I told her if she's trying to build a business and wants 6 more beds she'd have to build her business by staying open! Then she has no clue about the red light therapy. Yes you feel good getting out of it, but when it comes to selling the product she's beyond words. I get into the room and I look at the bed and it's a very old Wolfe High Pressure tanning bed. I use to own a 3500 sq. ft. Tanning bed spa and one of the reasons I was doing this was for the skin cancer I've dealt with and the hypergimentation. But there's so many controversies on which color of the LED light is best, Red for inflammation and healing, Green for hyperpigmentation, and if if you have melisma it can make it worse. Well I got in the bed and the bed would come down all the way, then the shocks on the bed kept rising the canopy up so there was like a foot or so of a gap to 14". I told her about it and she says oh the bed closes all the way down when the lights go on!!! I said don't insult my intelligence I use to own a spa, 14 tanning beds, having the bed on or off, it doesn't matter it has nothing to do with bad shocks! I told her if the lights aren't going to be close enough to me to return my $$$$ she charged, $89 and then $29 for a set up fee, bunch of garbage. Then she said she would get the bed fixed. Then I spoke to her the next day oh we maintaneced the bed, everything works. I asked how many hours did the lights have she said the lights are good for 5 years.No!!!! The light are good for 10,000 min!! You also have to go at least 20 min to get max benefits. This woman has no clue lies about everything! The bed was maintenance last night, then why is it doing the same thing? So I try it again and same darn thing the canopy shocks are shot!! The bed rose up again!! So I said after all her bs, to give me my money back. Then she cld have charged it back on the square, but wldnt, instead she would have to go to the bank, because she doesn't believe in checks and it would take 30 min. I told her to get moving at this point in time I'm pissed!!!! She talks in circles!! Buyer beware! She doesn't know what she's doing and you have no idea how much time is on the lights!!! You can cheaper st Club tan for $49 on Brown and Gilbert and they have a clue and know what they are selling and doing! The place is located in a co-op of businesses. Everything in her little space is old and used. BTW it's a space she rents at a co-op. 1 room. Don't lie and say you did maintenance on something you never did maintenance on. Rule number one in business, lies will bite you in the butt! Also these places are suppose to be verified and checked by the FDA to make sure they meet the regulatory statues. This woman said you don't need eye protection, you most certainly do. The 15 min she offers you is worthless! You need any where from 20 - 30 min. Also the FDA regulates these type of beds, ask to see that the bed meets the FDA CRF regulations and certificate. This woman doesn't have a clue. Nice lady, May mean well, but boy knowing the tanning industry and researching all that I have, you'd be better off going to Club Tan

I really feel rested and relaxed whenever I'm able to have a red bed session. I definitely feel like it's an enhancement and it's great to be able to take a 15 minute break from everything and receive all these wonderful health benefits. I had been traveling extensively and ended up with a rash on my chest that developed probably due to stress and diet according to my doc. It didn't go away for several weeks. I actually went into red bed along with using hydrocortisone cream and my rash is gone... after 2 sessions! I never filled a Rx the doc gave me. This is one of several positive experiences. Mylene is attentive, sweet and accommodating. I know she personally believes in this therapy as I often have sessions just after she comes out of hers.
