I wanted to wait a full 6 months to make an honest review. I didn't want to review something after a few months. After all, you lose a lot of the water weight first, then the hard weight loss comes after. Before joining, I accepted the fact that being large & overweight was just going to be a way of life. This also took a toll on my self esteem and other aspects of my life. I had no desire to look in the mirror where I had to pre stretch my clothes for them to fit "better". Due to my weight at the time, I had to take medicine to control my acid reflux and blood pressure. Which also includes a few low blood sugar episodes (hypoglycemic) Then came my breaking point... I finally looked at myself in the mirror after years of a poor diet and zero excercise. Disappointed & disgusted in myself for letting me get so badly out of shape. My wife and I decided (after "bugging me" constantly) to start to get back into shape. We wanted to kickstart our weight loss and what better way than a trainer offering the first 4 weeks free (after a few waivers are signed). I can now say after 6 months of hard work, I have lost over 33 pounds, over 58 total inches, lost 3.8% body fat and 19 of those pounds were nothing but fat. I've lost almost 8 inches around my waist, 9 inches around my gut, 6 inches around my chest and hips. I can go on and on.Because of Jennifer, my clothes no longer need to be pre-stretched. no longer do I have to hold my breath to tie my shoes. No longer do I have to hope my button on my pants break loose. No longer do I have the desire to eat bad food. I was starting to wear XXXL shirts to hide my "fat feelings" now I can almost (depending on who makes it) wear a XL shirt. I still have a long way to go in my weight loss. I have made friends here that need the same thing and even though I will still come to My Perfect Body Now Boot Camp for years to come, I will never be able to thank Jennifer enough what what she's given me in just the short amount of time. She's given me my self esteem back, self confidence back, my waist line back . Just to name a few. But the absolutely best part is I no longer have to take any medications for blood pressure or acid reflux.

My husband and I were searching for a gym and personal trainer and we're lucky to have come across this boot camp. We just finished our first month and I can say this boot camp is now something we look forward to everyday. My husband and I were terrified because we are very overweight and saw everyone doing things we thought was just impossible. But everyone was so supportive and encouraging and Jennifer was there everyday to cheer us on (she even memorized our names on day one) and make sure we didn't give up. After one month and going everyday my husband lost 22.25 total inches and I lost an incredible 28 inches and 1% body fat. The normal is about 10" a month so these results were amazing and have really motivated us to keep up the hard work. Join the class, come everyday, be positive and give it all you got and you won't be sorry! Everyday is a different workout so you are constantly using different muscles. Even if you can only do one rep of something over time you can do more and more, don't get discouraged.PS did I mention Jennifer is amazing?!

I love this Boot camp because it's much more then just a class, it's different everyday, challenging on every level, very inspiring and ALWAYS leaving me feeling great because I am motivated to push HARD! No indoor class I've taken can compare to winters cold on my cheeks and summers sun on my back as I break a serious sweat. I have always worked out, but this Bootcamp made me realize just how strong my body really is!

This review has been so long past due. I went to this bootcamp for around six months and I LOVED every second of it. Jennifer is extremely supportive and takes the time to get to know each of her members. She knew me by name after my first day! Each workout is different and never gets boring. Jennifer varies her workouts daily to target muscles strategically. One of my favorite things about this bootcamp is that every workout is an entire hour. From the moment you get there to the moment you leave, you are sweating. I can definitely say that I am a much healthier and fitter person because of her. I had to leave because of a new work schedule, but this bootcamp gave me such an awesome foundation of how I should be working out.

Today is my 6 month "fit-versary" with My Perfect Body Now Fitness Boot Camp, and I'm officially down 24 inches, 3.5 percent body fat, and in the best shape of my adult life...so far ;) I owe it all to Jennifer, the amazing owner/operator/instructor, and the many dedicated members who have inspired me to continue to reach my fitness goals. It's hard to put into words what an incredibly welcoming, positive and supportive environment it is. The workouts are challenging, fun, and do-able for ALL fitness levels. In the beginning I couldn't do all the reps (and sometimes I still can't!), but I've never feel pressured to push myself past my limits. Jennifer provides modifications to some of the more difficult exercises for beginners and she watches your form closely to prevent injuries, which is so very important. And did I mention the location is in a beautiful park setting where you get to enjoy the sunshine and fresh air? I may never exercise indoors again! I honestly can't say enough about Jennifer and her boot camp. Hands down, it was one of the best decisions I've made to improve my life and health. If you're thinking about joining, just do it! The first 4 weeks are free, so you have nothing to lose (besides maybe a few inches or pounds). Just show up each day with an open mind and a positive attitude, give it your best effort, and soon enough you will be amazed at what you can accomplish too!

I am so happy that I stumbled upon this boot camp! After never working out before I was terrified to start! My first day was tough but Jennifer and the whole team were SO welcoming and so encouraging that I never once felt uncomfortable. After 4 weeks I have found Jennifer's boot camp to be the best thing for me. I already see outstanding improvements in my body, my endurance, and my mental health. I want to share just ONE of the ways that Jennifer helped restore my confidence - I have had knee issues in the past and sure enough, my right knee started to become aggravated. I was so worried that I was going to have to leave boot camp for a while but instead Jennifer took the time to work with me and she figured out exactly what the issue was!! I couldn't believe it! If it weren't for her there is NO way I could've continued. Seriously though, Jennifer is awesome and the team is awesome too. It's so awesome working out with others that are so encouraging and motivating. Thank you Jennifer, I am so excited for what the future holds!

Been to other boot camps but this is the BEST. 5+ years now of attending. Jennifer is a great coach, cheerleader, and life-coach who has made a great difference in my fitness, eating, and the exercise culture in our family. My wife and college aged daughter enjoy going too.
