There are a plethora of physical therapy offices here in the valley. There's no reason to go to one who isn't meeting your needs.Firstly, the staff at the front desk lie and make it as though you're the fool who got it wrong. You never get the same therapist twice, which makes it so a therapist needs to examine your chart so that they can remember who you are.I came here for my neck and lower back. I've gotten about 3 treatments on my neck so far. However, last week when Ava was going to do traction on my back, I asked her if she would do my neck as well. Her reply was a snippy "well, the order only is for your back, not your neck so we can't treat your neck." Funny thing tho, I've had my neck treated by other therapists at this facility. Now, all of a sudden, my order doesn't indicate my neck? Further, her tone in telling me this, as well as how she spoke with me in describing each exercise I was to do, was as if she were speaking to a toddler and not a grown woman. I've done these exercises many times and don't need to be explained on how to do them. As well, the client is never supervised while doing the exercises. Instead, the therapists are at tithe desk chit chatting and laughing.I called this morning to ask the front desk to please not put me with Ava again and that I was confirming my 12:00 appt for today. When I arrived, it was said to me, "oh no, your appt is at 1:30." We're all going to lunch now. The receptionist lied and told the head therapist that I never mentioned the time! These women don't listen to the clients when they call. It's as tho they're incapable of doing anything other than appointments which is sad.As well, I've informed them on numerous occasions and it's in my chart that I've had one knee replacement and bilateral hip replacements, yet time and time again, they gave me "pivoting" exercises to do, which couldn't be worse for hip replacement.Be extremely careful if you decide to go here. They don't know what they're doing!

The entire staff is amazing. I've now used Moore PT for the 3rd event (Back, shoulder, and now a knee that's screaming "replace me now". So, I go in with a knife sticking out of it, and Rebecca kicks me out the door feeling like I'm Rocky or something. I'm hearing Eye of the Tiger every time I leave. But the amazing Family atmosphere is catching. I guess so much that they have 3 facilities now.

I ruptured my Achilles' tendon a couple months ago and after surgery went through a couple therapists. Austin has been instrumental in my recovery. I feel so much better during and after therapy. I know I'm in the best hands to be able to live active again after this injury. They are also educating me on what I can do to recover and stay healthy from home. I would highly recommend this place for anyone suffering any injury.

Moore Physical Therapy came with high recommendations from my surgeon and his staff. Skeptical me said, "No place can be that good." Well - it was. I started therapy two weeks after knee replacement surgery. The entire staff at Moore Physical Therapy worked with me to help me feel better and start using my knee titanium knee. There truly is no weak link at this office. No matter who I was scheduled to see, I felt confident that I was getting great care and great advice. Highly recommended.

Erik was very knowledgeable, professional and very caring. He explained what he was doing and why it was important. He was capable of bringing me out of pain and stabilize my back. I will go back when my knee replacement is completed. The entire staff is welcoming, caring and friendly. I would highly recommend Moore Physical Therapy.

I have been to the Mesa office of Moore PT for 3 different issues this year. I have worked with all the therapists there, and my issues have been been resolved in reasonable time with caring, compassionate and knowledgeable therapists. I find them very friendly and comfortable to be around, which is important. If I have any other problems, I will not hesitate to call them .

My Primary Care physician, recommended physical therapy to treat a muscle strain. In the past, I have been treated by many different physical therapists and based on my treatment with Moore Physical Therapy and the care that I was given, I highly recommend Moore Physical Therapy.Scott a highly qualified Physical Therapist, was able to treat the affected area and work with me, to treat and explain the anatomy of the Lumbar Spine. The whole staff from the front office to the Physical Therapist Assistants, were amazing!

Everyone from the front desk to the therapists are ready to help you and I appreciate the effort. Scott Heward helped me understand what was happening, how he was going to help me. All the other therapist were just as professional.

I was referred to Moore Physical Therapy by my primary care physician for frozen shoulder. It was uncomfortable/painful to do most motions with my arm. Extremely limited range of motion. From the desk staff to the therapists, everyone was great. They listen to what you have to say. They not only give you a very comprehensive path to follow but also give you the knowledge to understand what is going on and best ways to move forward.I will recommend them to anyone needing physical therapy and certainly call them if I am ever in need of PT again. Many thanks!
