The first words out of my mouth after taking a bite of my wife's fried fish: "Now my breff stank!"My wife's initial assessment: fishy taste with a lack of seasoning. No salt, no pepper, tasted like flour on fish... mostly fish.You expect a certain quality when you attend a Food Truck Friday event. Was this the best they could do for $12? I'm kinda embarrassed for them, but don't think anyone is gonna serve my wife disgusting food and not get put on blast.

The food is absolutely delicious. And the service is awesome. The ribs fall off the bone and the sauce gets you smacking (iykyk). Chicken is crunchy and juicy... and the fish All the side's are on hit, so do yourself a favor if you're craving BBQ

This food truck was at an event we attended this evening and it was SO good. We had ribs, fried fish, potato salad, Mac n' cheese, greens and the banana pudding. Every dish was a winner.

The food is definitely homemade with love and deliciousness. Ingredients used take me back to my grandmas home-cooking. It seems the food has even improved since the last time we came. I would say the only improvement would be the staff reception maybe being as warm as the food. A little smile and greeting goes a long way. Anyway, still definitely worth the travel and money! Enjoy food for the soul!

Lots of places claim to have fall of the bone ribs, this place really does. The banana pudding is awesome. The greens were good, but the portion was to big for me.

Delicious food and exceptional service. The owner went above and beyond to provide me and my guests with that special touch. Everyone loved all the dishes served: fried fish, chicken, collard greens, mac & cheese, cornbread, potato salad, peach cobbler and banana pudding. We had it all! Use Mel & Libby's for your next event, you won't be disappointed.

Amazing food, got the Mel's special and it was very good. Ribs were some of the best I've had ever, the bones were even soft and I could smash them with my fingers. The meat was perfectly tender and juicy with a good mix of seasoning and sauce. Fall off the bone doesn't begin to describe, I glanced at them across the table and the bone slid out of the meat.Mac and cheese with that lovely baked crust on top. Chicken breaded to perfection. Potato salad like grandma makes.Peach cobbler to die for. Cornbread is great firm and not dry but always goes best with some butter.Great service from a great couple. I will definitely be stalking their truck.

Great food. Nice portions and obviously made fresh. Good people. Friendly service too. Highly recommend the chicken!
