Sandwiches are good but the place is too noisy that you almost scream to hear your conversations. There are times we request that their speakers be toned down.

Hamburger still very good and also onion rings. Cod not so good. Completely overcooked and almost BLACK and really greasy. Too bad since service is pretty good except for not handling awful fish complaint at all. Lots of TVs so easy to watch the games.

I moved to Casa Grande in 2018!! I've been coming here ever since. I love the vibe of the place. Cassidy was our server tonight and she was magnificent!! She remembered our drinks and anticipated when we wanted a second drink!! She is very efficient and courteous!! The owner even stopped by to ask how we liked our dinner and drinks. We will totally be back and we will request that we have Cassidy as our server!! Cassidy is the tall beautiful server. Ask for her by name!! I will be asking for her as well!!

If I could give them a negative 100 I would. I have never been treated so poorly in my life! I was on a conference business call and was just looking for a place to eat during the phone meeting. I walked in and instantly I got looked at weird but I really didn't think anything of it because I'm used to getting stares due to looking a bit eccentric. I seated myself. Which is typical of a sports bar. It was my first time (and last time) here. I sat for a while but I didn't think too hard on it because I was on a business call anyway. Nonetheless, the waitress took about 15 min or so to come to my table. The waitresses even addressed new patrons before coming to my table. When she arrived I asked her about the menu as it was my first time here and she acted like she wasn't sure about it and didn't even know what was on the happy hour menu, I thought maybe she is new. I asked for a sec to go over the menu, she left and came back in about 30 min. Again, they are a bit busy so I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I finally ordered a burger and fries. I wanted to try the onion rings after putting in the order for the Burger and fries and kept flagging down the waitress and they kept ignoring me. I finally got the attention of what I know now is the manager, and she seemed annoyed to even have to interact with me. I asked her if she knew more of the happy hour menu of what she said she did and I asked her where the onion rings on happy hour because I wanted to try them. She said she wasn't sure and she'll go check. She came back maybe five minutes later and said "yeah they're $.50 off and I put the order in" and walked away. At this point I was feeling very uncomfortable, so I flagged a waitress down again after waiting for a long time and asked if they could put it in a to go container just for convenience but I was not about to leave as I was still on my call, and haven't got my food yet... The waitresses bought me the onion rings and THE BILL (that I did not ask for yet) as if I wasn't going to pay and run off . I kinda got the hint, so I just paid (mind you I have still not got my main order.) While I was collecting the money to pay, I asked her if I could have more ranch because they give you one small cup of ranch, with a full basket of onion rings, She then said as I handed her the $25 " Yeah this isn't enough money, the ranch is 50 cents more" so I responded oh, you have to pay for extra ranch? Because, of course this is my first time here and I didn't know. she then said "yeah we make it fresh and we have to pay for it so do you." Let's be clear I'm still on a business call so my colleagues hear the way they're treating me and even they got offended and told me that I should speak with the manager. Lo and behold the person who brought me the onion rings and the bill WAS THE MANAGER. I made an attempt to express concern pertaining to their poor service and she instantly (now verbally) stereotyped and gaslit me and said that I have an attitude and she doesn't know why and states I had an attitude since I walked in and attempted to blame their poor service and inattentiveness to me being on the phone etc, but this is the kicker the original waitress which now I know her name is Ryan from the receipt (because neither of them gave me their names) walks up aggressively while I'm interacting with the manager and raises her voice at me and firmly states that "she's not giving me any money off my bill" not knowing that I have already paid in full. The manager is holding the waitress back as if she let her go, she would assault me, all while saying "I got this, I got this" At that point, I became very upset and let them know that I didn't appreciate being racially profiled, stereotyped (As they never interacted with me to make any assumption of my character or have the ability to determine my financial status, based on my outer appearance) or to be on the brink of assault, due to vocalizing about the poor service and treatment. Speaking up about poor service does not constitute one, having an attitude or wanting a discount. The only thing they saw was that I was a person of color, Mind you, I rarely pull the race card, but, if someone whom has never spoke to you, just looks at you and assumes that you have an attitude and going to run out on your bill, and not treating the other patrons that don't look like you the way you are being treated, what do you have to go off other than the color of my skin let's be honest about that. Mind you, I'm still on my business call and they heard everything. I have never been more embarrassed in my life! Do not come here if you don't fit their idea of who supposed to eat here. Also, some of the onion rings were raw on the inside (I'll include the picture) I didn't even look at the burger and fries that she slammed on the table. I gave it away to another patron sitting next to me. So this establishment got a free 25 bucks out of me. I hope it was worth it.

MCMASHERS SPORTS BAR & GRILL Casa Grande, Az. 3/23We had a party of 15. This place was totally covered up. The waitress was as good as it gets. They were understaffed, waitress was extremely busy and still covered our table extremely well. I had a salad which was very good. I had the southwestern salad without tomatoes. Very nice and lots of it. Wife had chicken wings and she recommends them. Good place, good food, excellent staff and prices were average for the area.

They just can't get it right. The cooks could stand some lessons on time management. When your food comes half will be burnt and the other half will be cold. Every single time. Service is fair and the servers are cordial but that won't cover the entry level skill of the cook staff. Beer is pretty cold but mixed drinks are weak. Appetizers are pricy for what you get. Ruben sandwich doesn't even have corned beef in it. I just can't spend another $100 here when there are other options in town.

When we walked in, it was packed, but there was a booth next to the front door that the people had obviously paid and left. We stood there for about 10 minutes (because the only other seats were two also-dirty ones at the bar). Finally we start walking to the bar area to see if someone can clear it. We spoke with (not known until later) the owner, who said there are seats right here. They had a reserved sign on the table and were pulled up to a couple who were waiting for their party. We go stand next to the empty booth again (I also wanted a booth because I'm disabled and those hard wood chairs will put me in pain for the whole night) and wait. About 5 more minutes and a passing waitress was nice enough to clear the table and take our drink order. My husband ordered an Irish trash can, which the bartender apparently didn't know how to make and couldn't spend 30 seconds googling it, so we were told they refused to make it because it would "take too long". He asked for the manager, who turns out to be the same snappy girl that told us to sit at the reserved table.I ordered a lemon drop, which when it came didn't even taste of lemon. It tasted like a half shot of lemon vodka and water. Super disappointing for a bar!!The manager comes over for my husband and says the reason it will take too long is because the bartender doesn't know how to make it. He has already spent 30 seconds to pull up the recipe and showed it to her and off she went, not one word of apology for our already 45+ minute experience and as of this point not even a drink yet (mine came after my husbands). Finally get our drinks. My husband's was good, mine was junk. No fault of our waitress' through this entire thing, she was our one amazing part of the night. Order our food and everything else was fine. Mediocre but fine. While we were eating, the manager suddenly was all up on getting tables cleaned even though she was rude when we asked about one that was empty. We had been here a few times before out of convenience, but I would rather be inconvenienced by a little longer drive than a rude manager!
