I miss when there used to be a Matty G's closer to my neck of the woods! The burgers always come exactly as you order them, drinks are paid attention to, the staff is incredibly friendly and it's hard not to feel romantic about all the classic MLB memorabilia that cover the walls. My favorite part is the French fries - your meal isn't complete without them.

Wow! The overall atmosphere inside this store is such a vibe! I used to play baseball so, I can for sure appreciate all the sports memorabilia!The menu has a wide range of yummy options, and the cashier was super helpful with pointing out the most popular choices.Addie was our cashier and she was super friendly, very cordial, and had a great attitude.Overall, I would highly recommend bringing your friends and family here! Shoot, they even have a pet-friendly patio! Which you don't see as often anymore!

I really enjoyed my experience at Matty G's recently! I have driven past them so many times and been meaning to check them out, so after some storage unit moving and lifting, a burger was definitely in order!It's a fast casual spot, with ample seating, including indoor and a lovely patio outside. They also have a small bar (Though it doesn't seem like there is active service there) with multiple TV's featuring various games. The vibe is definitely a sports focused diner. Upon arriving, the cashier was SO friendly!!! I believe her name was Emma. She was so lovely and helpful. The menu offers lots of various specialty burger options, as well as hot dogs, chicken sandwiches and vegetarian options. I went with The Intimidator which featured two patties, grilled jalapenos, ghost pepper and pepper jack cheese with their spicy house ketchup and chipotle aioli. It was delicious! Lovely kick. I like spicy food and I didn't find this over the top, but as all spicy factors, its relative. In addition, shared a basket of sweet potato fries with their fry sauce and ranch and a root beer float. The fry portion was HUGE and very generous for seven dollars. i do wish they had an option for seasoning, as they were pretty bland, but still delish once a bit of salt and pepper. The fry sauce and ranch were also good, not best I ever had, but definitely fit the mark! I think I would opt with the sauce on my burger next time.The root beer float was a perfect way to end it! They sadly do not have milkshakes or malts, but the float hit the mark. The overall space was clean, service was so friendly, food came out super hot and quick and awesome portions. It would be a great spot to watch a game or just snag a quick bite to eat. They also have a few beers on tap at their bar!Overall, super glad I finally got to check them out and look forward to returning!

Tried to place an orde, the lady that answered the phone wasn't helpful, I don't eat red meat so I wanted chicken instead of patties on the red card, she said can't do that cuz we don't Costumized, so I ordered the bird an ask to swap the ghost chili pepper for another cheese, shesaid it was going to be an extra charge, she said she can remove it but no swap it. So I cancelled the order, just disappointed, I wouldn't mind to be charged more for the red card with chicken but she wouldn't do it.

I ordered the first thing on the menu. It was 2 thin burgers and I was able to eat it with only one bun, the bottom half. Also ordered the garlic fries which were delicious. Really craved a burger and have been on the lookout for great places in the east valley. This is a great Mesa gem. Very sports themed. We were greeted when we walked in. Super friendly staff and a massive menu. There is indoor and outdoor seating, with a bar in the back. I got the all- star and cheese fries. You can definitely taste the steak burger! The cheese reminders me of the cheese from a baseball game. The burgers are huge and very filling. The sunny side up egg on the triple crown burger was perfectly cooked. Can't wait to come back and try other stuff on the menu.

Delicious! We were looking for a burger spot on our way home from the gym, and found this place via a quick Yelp search. So many burger choices -- we got the All Star and the March Madness. Really fresh, old fashioned smashed patties. We also got the popcorn chicken fries and the carne asada fries, which were both good (but not as good as the burgers). Also, the fries portions were big, and the burgers were two patties each... so we are taking home leftovers which we're excited to eat later lol. Lastly, the staff is super nice friendly and the sports vibe is fun! We'd definitely come back!

Birthday Dinner! Everything tasted AMAZING! Fantastic Steak-burgers. We had the All Star and Triple Play Burgers, cooked to perfection. Lobstá Rolls are melt in your mouth delicious! The Homemade Deep Fried Jalapeño's were simply the best I've ever had. For Desert we had a Hole in One. Warm deep fried cookie dough ball's with ice cream.
