Maple House

Came here for coffee and ended up staying for the vibes! Maple House is such an inviting spot. Perfect for hanging out with family, friends, or your partner and just kicking back. The inside has plenty of seating, and I noticed it's a popular spot for people looking to get some work done. Outside, there are lots of open areas to lounge, plus a fire pit and beautiful scenery to enjoy.For my drink, I got the brown sugar coconut latte with oat milk, and it was delish. The baristas clearly know what they're doing! Definitely looking forward to coming back to try a different drink.

This place is very cute. I stopped by with my sister and both the inside and outside were busy.I ordered a Iced Cinnamon Crème Brûlée with Oatmilk and it was delicious as it was the right amount of sweetness. The cashier was friendly and helped us quickly. Can't wait to be back!

Stopped by on a Sunday around 2 pm and it was pretty busy! We waited in line for a few minutes until it was our turn. The cashier was friendly and told us to order when ready.I ordered a small iced double Little Lottie Latte (Pistachio White Chocolate) and my sister had a small iced double Cinnamon Crème Brûlée. We stood to the side after we ordered and after a few minutes, both our drinks were ready.We were lucky to find a table outside and we sat down. Every table and chair was occupied at this point and everyone seemed to be having a good time. The weather was perfect and the drinks were great! I really enjoyed the Little Lottie. It wasn't too sweet and not too strong - just right.

I love this little coffee house! Today is the second time that I've been to the Maple House to study and this place has the best vibes to it. I love how much natural lighting there is inside the cafe as well as the outdoor seating that is offered. If you are coming to get some work done, come early to ensure that you can get a seat inside. If not you will have to wait for a seat to open up or take a table outside. There is also a huge parking lot nearby so parking is never an issue. I've tried 2 different drinks from this cafe: the little Lottie latte and the brown sugar coconut.Little Lottie Latte: very sweet! I think it's supposed to be a pistachio white chocolate drink. It was a little too sweet to me and tasted a little artificial 3/5Brown sugar coconut: strong coconut flavor and perfectly sweet. The coconut flavor definetely overpowers the brown sugar which is good if you like coconut 4/5 Will definetely be back soon to try more drinks or just to get some work done!

I had an eyes white chocolate mocha with oat milk and it was absolutely delicious. My only complaint is that they used way too much ice so next time I would ask for the light ice but the vibes here are amazing. You can relax and do work or you can hang out with friends.

Would love for Maple House to clone itself and transport it to Houston. TYSM!Maple House is a gem of a coffee, wine, beer, and cocktail spot. It has everything you could want (aside from the aformentioned menu options), like an outdoor fireplace, fire pits, indoor and outdoor seating, a bar, light bites...They have specialty lattes (eg: cinnamon crème brûlée), and I honestly can't remember what I ordered. All I remember is that I orded my hot latte to enjoy there, and they served it in a REAL coffee mug. None of that plastic or paper-cup coffee culture.

Envision perfect weather on a cute little patio drinking a honey lavender latte while you share a delicious breakfast sandwich with your favorite person. My husband and I ventured over to The Maple House Wednesday and loved every minute. Such a cute concept with not only coffee, but alcohol options as well. I was pleased to see they stay open late and even have a cozy outdoor fireplace. The line was pretty long, but went swiftly. Service was awesome. I ordered a large iced honey lavender latte, a large drip coffee with cream as well as a breakfast sandwich. We were given a number for our food to be brought to our table. Our drinks were made within minutes and my name called out. There is inside bar seating as well as tables, chairs with booth type seating as well. If there's no seating inside or out front they also have a back patio and some seating on the side of the building. They bring the outdoors in with doors that open all the way out. Prices were fair the sizes of what we ordered. My latte was fantastic! Perfect amount of milk, not overly sweet and i thoroughly enjoyed it. My husband's drip coffee was just how he likes it, hot, black with a small amount of cream. He adds his own sugar to taste. The breakfast sandwich was delightful. The bread didn't get soggy, sauce had a good flavor kick and the egg was cooked perfect. After we finished eating we enjoyed some people watching, the weather and a walk around the area. It is mostly street parking, but there are multiple parking garages nearby if you don't mind a short walk. The only negative was it's not Nextdoor to my house so I can go every single day lol.

Super cute and tasty drinks. I like the dog friendly patio! Definitely will be back soon.

This place is so cute, I love the overall look and cozy seating of this place and the location offers plenty of parking. The drinks were pretty good and the food options have good flavor. My biggest issue is their setup isn't optimal. The order counter often gets overcrowded and the drink pick up area is so inconvenient to get to. It would almost work better if they had someone from the staff at least bringing the drinks to the tables of those whom chose to dine in. The other issue we had was the overall seating, it's pretty tight in there and doesn't really feel comfortable to sit a while and the noise level is very high, which makes having a conversation or a business meeting pretty impossible. Maybe if you go, try on a random Wednesday vs a Friday, to see if your experience is less stressed than mine.

Maple house is the perfect edition to downtown chandler, especially when there is good weather! Their seasonal drinks are always so good! Today we tried the peppermint bark latte with almond milk, it is SO good! Pricing seems standard at about $5.50 each (with almond milk). Great outdoor seating with good food options. The avocado toast is also very good and comes with an egg on top. This is a great place to meet a friend in downtown chandler!
