Mandy's Wine Bar

We celebrated Valentines here, and ordered our favorite wine, Austin Hope, great wine selection. We started with the house made Focaccia Bread, with the Olive Oil Herb Garlic, classic and delicious. We had The NEW Chicken Milanese, tender breaded chicken over a perfect Pappardelle Pasta, with a delicious creamy white wine sauce. And our go to, Roasted Poblano and Basil Ricotta Lasagna, with peppers, eggplant, sweet corn and cannelloni beans, top with house blended cheese sauce! So good! Always great service and staff always makes you feel right at home. And to Jeanne, you are the BEST. We Highly recommended will not disappoint! Well Done!

Pros: Service? Great. Ambiance? Great. Cleanliness? GreatCons: Reservation system needs work. Made a 4:30pm reservation Saturday 2-22-25. Everything booked until 7:30PM. Arrived and multiple tables available and open for 2 hours while there. We made it work. Ordered Sirloin steak: Waitress says: "We are out and not available" Ouch! A Saturday night at 4:30pm and not available? Seems like a supplier issue or management not checking inventory. Switched to 12" Meat Pizza: Crust? Barely done. Pie itself: Not cooked at all. Taste: In spite of not being cooked, pizza had excellent flavor and toppings. Brought it home and into our oven at 350 degrees for a few minutes. Worth the effort.Been to Mandy's before and I gave it rave reviews and a top-notch eatery. Not this time. Disappointment and frustration. That being said we are willing to return and give Mandy's and her staff another chance. In business, problems arise. Mandy's Wine Bar did not disappoint! Amazing craft cocktails, delicious cuisine and mouth watering salted caramel gelato. The atmosphere and staff are on point. Don't sleep on this gem. Highly recommend. Compliments to the chef

Service was great with a calm environment. The food and experience is different from any other restaurant that Maricopa offers for the better. For what we got, I think the prices were appropriate. For sure we will be coming back to try their drinks next time.

I've gone to Mandy's on back to back days. I went with my mother and and then again with my husband. This restaurant is beautiful. This is called Mandy's Wine bar but they also have awesome cocktails. The service is great. Kim was my server both days and she takes care of you. They also work on like a buddy system so there's someone bringing food out to you.I highly recommend reservations. They weren't even taking walk-ins until after 7:30, we were there at five and they turned away so many people and the bar was. I've not seen 1 open seat at the bar ever. This trip we had the lasagna, Isar salad, pizza and cocktails. I give it about four stars the dessert 10 out of 10.

A group of us went back to Mandy's as we normally do maybe every month about six of us. Always super happy we get one of the best tables in the house. Although every table and seating spot at Mandy's is wonderful. Had the steak with arugula shared that with the shrimp and pasta dish all I have to say is excellent job well executed and tasty. As for the ambience, of course we usually get there early, starts off mellow, and then turns into a very lively space. Kim was our waitress and was a lot of fun and put up with our boisterousness. All in all a great early evening dinner and cocktails. I think we got out of there just in time for the next reservation! Great job feels like the community gathering place they promised!We will be back, of course

OMG. I've only lived in AZ since the middle of June. I've worked in San Francisco for 25 years and ate at best restaurants.. I never thought I'd get the same experience in Maricopa. I've been to Mandy's several times. Other than the cannoli, everything has been excellent. This is the Italian brunch eggs Benedict with prosciutto. Could have used more sauce, but it was excel!ent!

Amazing drinks, food and service. Local bar in Maricopa. Great place for night out. If you haven't try it you are missing out on great restaurant style and drinks in Copa.

I definitely recommend this wine bar. We had a really pleasant experience. If there is anything I can add it would be to come earlier than 8:45pm. They close at 10pm and we came in around 8:45pm and the waitress didn't seem so enthusiastic about us arriving so late. However, the food was fantastic! We didn't have much expectations coming in but boy were we suprised.Likes: *Lasagna was delicious!! Who would have thought beans would go so well in a lasagna? *Build your own pizza is a hit! The cheese used for the pizza is really good!*Cesar salad 10/10 ( The perfect ratio of dressing and goodquality Parmesano.)* Chardonnay wine was fantastic! *Charming restroom ( I love a clean and esthetic restroom.) *Outdoor seating *Plenty of parking for bigger cars*Overall aesthetic of f the restaurant definitely lives up to their name.Dislikes:*Service was fine but it could be better without having customers feel rushed.* kitchen closes at 9:30pm*Waitress didn't change out our used utensils. ( I understand maybe they don't want to wash more dishes which is why I recommend coming earlier.)

Omg can't say enough about how amazing this new place Mandy's Wine Bar is!! Everything was delicious. 1) Bruschetta was amazing. 2) Caesar salad was phenomenal. Never have I seen my husband so excited to eat a salad 3) Hubby got lasagna 4) I got mushroom & cauliflower orzo6) The hibiscus tonic was fresh & light7) Look at the in the cappuccino 8) Lemon tart dessert was perfectionDecor was chic & beautiful. The customer service was attentive & thoughtful. I highly recommend and will definitely be back... often!
