I was so happy to have gone there and have the lady help me buy my first vape! I wish I knew her name so I could call and thank her!

Today I went to magic vape shop in Tempe. I needed help in knowing what was the best vape and juice to buy. Ash was the name of the worker that was there she was so very helpful and friendly. Ash got me in the right direction of what I needed to buy. She went over and beyond.

The company is knowingly selling defective disposable vapes. They have you test them in the store but then they die out and don't work an hour after use. They are fully aware and when I called I was told "I recommended you select another brand and you chose that one instead. You should have listened to me." I spoke with Kat said she was the store manager and when I asked to speak with the person who oversees all of the locations she said "I can't give you their name".I've spent thousands of dollars at the store over the years and to find out that they are selling products that they KNOW do not work is disgusting. I would stay away from this shop.

I've been a regular at this shop for awhile and came in this week to get a couple new of my go to disposable vapes, the pod king x elf bar line. As per normal I tried it in the store and it worked initially but later that evening noticed that one of them is defective, after hitting it the vape continues to burn/draw for more than a second after, and after a day of use it was already tasting burnt. I came back in 2 days after purchase to show them the defective product and just would like a replacement, didn't ask for a refund, was able to show proof and date of purchase, and the shop refused to do anything for me other than offer a 10% discount for buying a new one. Over $20 wasted on a defective product and the shop refused to do anything to make it right. Had I not been a regular customer or if this was something I'd come in multiple times for that would be understandable, but that is not the case and I'm not trying to scam anyone, just would like to replace the obviously malfunctioning product I had bought only 2 days before. This shop does not care about taking care of their customers and absolutely do not stand behind the quality of product they sell. There are plenty of other great smoke / vape shops, steer clear of this place and their less than poor customer service.

Horrible management. They are always great till you have a problem. That's when you can really judge a business. If I had two more arms I would give these guys 4 thumbs down!! Lol but I guess 1 star will have to do. Bought a Loki battery yesterday from the AHWATUKEE Magic vape shop on chandler blvd along with a few other things for 25 bucks . I spend about 85-100 bucks a month here. I Got home tried one of the few batteries I just purchased and it did not work. Brought it back to swap it out and they said they had to test it and try it out. They did there stuff tested it and confirmed it DID NOT WORK! And they confirmed they sold me a defective product. The manager said sorry we don't aCcept returns deal with it through the manufacturer. From one business owner to another,you should budget for these small losses or issues to avoid loosing long term customers. But when you don't support your community they don't support you. There are really good shops out there that deliver better customer service (VAPE LAND) that I will be visiting, MAgic smoke and vape is not one of them!I DO NOT recommend you spend your money here!!

The girls at the Chandler location are friendly, very helpful, and get you in and out. I do a lot of my ordering online, and try to avoid any stores, but don't mind having to pop in any location to grab what I need

I love magic vape and smoke!! Most locations are great! There are a few crabby workers but they switch all the employees to different locations so it's rare to see them a bunch! Everyone is very friendly and very knowledgeable! Products are great!! I don't buy disposable vapes so I can't comment on those.

Best place to ever buy anything great selection such nice people those girls know their product I bought a strio bubbler super iffy about it and she helped me out above and beyond answered all my stupid question and had a lot of patience with me and in the end I left happy great deals to
