Mad Hatter Smoke and Kava

This place is the cutest. I love the murals. I love the little lounge area. Great selection of items. A smoke shop can just be a smoke shop or it can be an experience. Mad hatter is a fun and cool experience.

I was looking for Kava and Jonathan suggested Halo Calm, Joy and Uplift. They were all good for different reasons but I came back for more Uplift. A quarter of the bottle gave me the energy and positive mood I needed. I will definitely be back for more. I appreciated the help and knowledge about how and when to use it.

Came here for the first time on Halloween and I had such a good time. I love the way this place looks inside and the vibe was very relaxing. They have a bunch of board games to play and comfy areas to sit. I will definitely be back on a Wednesday, when they have open mic! The man that helped me out was super friendly and gave me and my friend a lot of detailed information on what to except from kava, as we are newbies to the experience. The menu was awesome and there were so many mocktails to choose from with classic and out of the ordinary flavor combos. The pricing is reasonable and overall, we had a wonderful time here.

Hatter is absolutely awesome! They have a new product called Halo that made my day go from being an average Saturday to an amazing and productive day with just one shot of Halo. The customer service at the Hatter is over the top. Thank you for always being so kind and knowledgeable! Keep up the great work!!!

For the Ray & Rural Location...This company is absolutely amazing & on so many levels. I truly have yet to encounter a negative experience here. Their staff/customer service is the true reason for this 5 star review!Always friendly faces & quick to answers any questions. But, today,....Johnathon was the true star employee. In reference to seeking a specific product, I confided in Johnathon about my personal health matters & what my healing goals are. He listened to me when I complained about a personal negative experience I had with a specific product. Rather than forcing a new product down my throat, he took the time to guide me through a recommended product, answered my concerns & even went as far as sending me home with a sample. TRUE definition of customer service! Customer care all around! Thank you, Johnathon! See ya down the rabbit hole!

These guys are so dope! Jordan helped me with my glass selections and Sarok made me an amazing kratom drink (coconut mango). Feels like family already and it's only my first time in. Great place to hang and chill!
