Mad Hatter Kava

Completely disappointed in both the experience and the product. My "Pina Colada" tasted like straight chickpeas and the server behind the bar was incredibly rude. Walked away while we were ordering and tried to check us out before even taking the second drink order. Obviously didn't want "new people" there which is fine with me because we won't be returning. Our drinks were pretty disgusting and the customer service didn't make up for that.

This is definitely an interesting concept. They brew kava or katom like a green tea. However I will never go back. The warning of "my mouth going numb" and this was "normal" was enough to send me out the door. I did not feel safe there and not a place I would ever go again. Love the decor though

Amazing staff and drinks. I got the Queen of hearts and it was delicious. Great quality control and pure ingredients. So many fun events too!

Found this lovely spot in Gilbert and discovered the wonderments of kava. Love the kava cutie sahra she is the sweetest and can answer any questions.

This "Shelby L." chic does not know/or not knowledged enough to realize, as the bartenders always tell you, is a root. Kava is a ROOT, it's earthy and natural.Just cause you didn't like the taste does not give you the right to disrespect the culture surrounded behind kava. Every single bartender her is extremely respectful, informative, friendly, and always willing to change things to how you like it. Never ONCE in 3 years have I ever had a bad experience, only with people who disrespect the culture and write false reviews. The drinks are amazing, and if you don't like it; they are always willing to fix it. The bartenders spend the most time explaining things to new people; the earthy taste, mouth numbing, etc. Please, the only disrespectful person here that night, was you.Mad Hatter is so happy to have new customers, explain every little detail to you, customize to your liking. These owners and bartenders care about their customers as family! Everyone is welcomed with open arms and love here. You will become a family coming here. A lot of these activities here, open mic, partys, trivia etc are tailored to newcomers. Do not disrespect the culture and family. They take names for tabs, not close you out right away, clearly don't know how bars work.Sincerely,A regular customer

amazing. i actually come here specifically to have my drink made by Braeden. In all seriousness this is an amazing establishment. my boyfriend and i spend lots of our free time here its a wonderful and welcoming environment!

Different vibe in each of the 3 locations. This is my new "go-to" when I need a pick me up that's not caffeinated.

10/10 bar love the vibes. Clarissa made me a pineapple upside down red kratom and it's the best thing I've ever drank

Was very happy when this place opened so close to home and am ecstatic that it is doing so well. I really enjoy the drinks and the nice people that frequent this establishment. Great alternative to booze.
