This place has the best tasting healthy foods (if that's what you choose)!! I highly recommend! Good size portions that taste wonderful. I ordered a week and got 10 good size meals with fabulous seasonings. I take them to work with me and heat up in the microwave for about 2-2.5 minutes and I'm set! You must try!!

Rice was over cooked chicken had too much pepper seasoning broccoli was nasty. Was not worth 14$. The green salsa was not good should of been a teriyaki sauce instead

Mad Fresh Kitchen is a wonderful local biz to support in the ever-evolving, ever-competitive healthy eating industry. A few years ago I was searching for an addition to stepping up my health game. Yelp and the Internet pointed me towards Ty and MFK. I started back up again in early 2022 to ordering MFK meals because of his price-efficiency, variety of meat options, and Ty's overall customer service. While the website can give you an idea of macros, it's not always the fastest and most accurate when you order Build Your Own.. so like with any question, I texted Ty and he's so quick to respond during business hours to help me with my nutrition questions (# is listed on the website). His website is probably the clearest one to date in terms of asking any/all common questions. The menu changes up every few weeks in terms of main entrees (usually at/around $10) and proteins. He also offers breakfast and snack options (most obsessed with the PB chocolate bars)... also sharing on his socials. New to 2022, he has a kitchen in Tempe where you can pickup meals on Mondays! Super helpful for me since it's close to home and I don't have to pay for delivery anymore (it increased from $5 to $10). A gym in the west Valley also has MFK meals. Keep it up Ty and family!

Mad Fresh Kitchen is hands down the best food prep delivery service that I have ever used. They are super professional, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure excellent customer service. You can tell that they really care about what they do and you can see just how passionate they are about their business. The food is AMAZING and HIGH QUALITY!! 10/10 recommend their services to anyone who is looking for food prep services

My work catered Mad Fresh Kitchen this past Tuesday and i got the surf and turf with asparagus and rice. Food was very good. Steak was tender, shrimp was well-seasoned. Highly recommend.

Mad Fresh is, quite simply, the best food prep company I've ever used and I've tried a lot of them. Great service, delicious food. The meals are cleanly prepared with all the macros on their website. Add to which they're a local AZ business! If you've been on the fence, hop off and place an order. You will NOT be disappointed!

My wife and I happened to find this gem a couple of months ago and I have to say this company is legit. I have ordered almost all the different type of salad, breakfast, and dinner meals on their menus and I have not been disappointed. The flavors are excellent and the portions are more than enough. For my wife and I this has been a time saver and is very convenient. In the past when we don't have time, we would order fast food and most fast food has poor nutritional value and is garbage. These meals are better quality, taste great, and cost the same as we would pay to get fast food. I love having the option to grab a container of what I ordered pop it in the microwave and in 3 minutes I have a great meal. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a convenient meal plan at a great price.

They were at a fitness event this past weekend and I bought a few items.The dark chocolate donut was not edible. I threw it away after a bite.There protein powder has a strong vegan taste and the vegan energy balls were ok.Not my cup of tea!

First and last time ordering from here. Nothing special, advertised the meat at medium well...it was well done, spinach was was to salty to eat and the cilantro limeRice was okay.

First time trying out Max Fresh and certainly won't be the last. Site was very easy to navigate and understand that when the orders are placed on Fridays then delivered Sunday or Monday. Once the order is placed you get a prompt delivery status notification and notifying you how many stops are before your delivery. The packaging is all well packed and durable. The portions are good amount. They also use other local food sources to help build other local food venders which is a nice touch to support local communities. Froze half to help with the shelf life and they still taste good as the ones I had fresh. Highly recommend using Mad Fresh for your meal prepping needs.
