Fake lobsterOn the max and cheese...false advertising if you ask me. Really bummed!!

So disappointed!!! We went to the Gilbert Feastival tonight and I was so excited to see the 3Sixty Kitchen Macology food truck there. I ordered Lobster Mac & Cheese and when my daughter brought it to me I immediately noticed a piece of imitation crab on the top! I thought I had to be mistaken so I opened it up and dove in. I was NOT mistaken. Not one piece of actual lobster!!! All imitation and it was horrible.

We just moved to Phoenix and this food truck came to our complex. I am glad we tried it out. Lobster Mac and cheese was delicious. Burnt ends and shrimp were also good. Brisket wasn't quite as good as the others, but was solid! Young lady at the counter was friendly and helpful!

Best Mac and cheese IVE EVER HAD OMG the line was long but it was so worth the wait! Great food great people this was a TERRIFIC SATURDAY NIGHT!! Yum!! Thank you for being so incredibly Cheesyy!!

Had the lobster macaroni and cheese from this food truck at the 2024 Final Four block party concert. The menu price posted on the food truck was $16.50 and when I went to pay was charged $22.50! The lady taking the orders said there was a mistake in the menu. What? The food quantity was not good, tasted like fake cheese mixed with spiral noodles. Also, pretty sure it was imitation lobster. Would not recommend. The owner should be ashamed for posting deceptive menu prices.

Saturday night at the Verrado Founders Day Concert, I ordered a Classic Mac n Cheese and a Garlic Broccoli Mac n Cheese. Very disappointing!!! Very little cheese (unacceptable when "cheese" is in the title) and very little flavor. Also, everyone knows there is an unspoken rule that the macaroni noodles MUST be elbows -- not spirals. Definitely would not recommend. Oh, have to mention the wait was 20-plus minutes! As a positive, the gal taking orders and serving up the food was pleasant.

We have gotten food from this truck several times, and I really liked their food. However, my daughter got food from the truck tonight and paid about $17 for the mac/cheese and lobster. It had one piece of lobster. If you are going to change that much for lobster actually put the lobster in it. It also was mac and cheese soup. She didn't end up eating it.

Extremely disappointed!!! If "catfish" was a restaurant, this would be it! The pictures looked nothing like the actual food I was served. The food was bland and all the fixing were just laid on top and not cooked into the Mac n cheese to add flavor. I've had boxed Mac n cheese made by kids that taste a lot better! Please don't waste your time or money! All of the other bad reviews associated with this restaurant are absolutely true!

To say this was subpar would be too nice. We got the lobster as well as the brisket Mac and cheese to have variety. Making velveeta at home probably would have been better. We paid about $40 after tip. The lobster wasn't fresh and the cheese was more milky and then cheesy. The brisket itself was okay but with the Mac it tasted more like a Campbell soup stew which isn't exactly what you're expecting for when you're looking for Mac and Cheese.

Don't buy from Macology. I paid $15.40 for the CBR (Chicken bacon ranch). First of all, when it got here it looked NOTHING like the picture. Secondly, I was expecting a hefty amount (for $15.40!!). It was NOT! SOOO DISAPPOINTING!! Waste of money. Just. Don't. Bother.
