Great concession run by friendly folks.Tacos, tamales, nachos, and drinks.Made our Pinners Conference at Westworld so much better with their delicious and affordable plates.I had the tamale plate with one green corn and one red chili with beans and rice. Large lemonade.

If I could leave a negative review I would. First and foremost I don't think anyone of color should ever use Culinary concept for any of their catering services. The company itself is unorganized, unprofessional and downright disgusting. One of the head chefs used provocative and degrading words towards a person of color during the work shift. The HR team did nothing about the situation, and for the victims that were uncomfortable by the words the head chef was using towards African-Americans. The company itself is OK with having head chefs use derogative degrading words towards their employees. As for the HR team and the CEO of the company when this came about, they heard no evil and seen no evil, and didn't want to make sure their other employees were OK mentally.

My street tacos were delicious!!! I had chicken, with pickled onions. The service was spectacular and the staff is very friendly. I got the tacos plate with beans and rice. The rice was fantastic. Their pickled red onions were my favorite. They have a huge selection, options from plates to single items. They had red salsa, tomatillo sauce and they both tasted homemade. I will find them again!!!

M Catering absolutely nailed it for my bestie's southwestern themed backyard rehearsal dinner. Their team could not have been more professional, were wearing gloves, masks, and taking all necessary safety precautions. They even brought out individual chips + salsa + guac plates for everyone. So cute! The meal itself was a chorizo stuffed chicken, with black bean puree, roasted corn, and charred brussels sprouts. Yum! For dessert, homemade churros with ice cream and a dipping sauce. Meals came out warm and covered (which isn't always the case for plated catered dinners)! I would highly recommend them for your catering needs!

M Catering did an amazing job with my wedding! They were professional from the beginning and gave us a wonderful tasting experience. I have a dietary restriction and all staff were aware of the restriction and were bringing me/offering only the food I was able to have and even brought me alternatives. I have had multiple guests tell me how impressed they were with the food and how delicious it was. I would 10/10 recommend! Thank you for the wonderful evening!

We had the tamale plate and everything was awesome. The pickled red onion is really good!!!! The employees are very friendly needless to say lunch was great

We just used them for a wedding of 72 at the Desert Botanical Garden. They were prepared and professional in planning the event. The food was great including salmon and beef short rib. We would use them again.

One word. Great!We have attended many catering events that they have put on from birthday party's to the Phoenix Open. Love it.

We recently chose M Catering for my daughter's wedding at The Croft Downtown. Upon selection of the venue, we were given several caterers on a preferred vendor list to choose from. After calling around to a few, we contacted M Catering. From the initial phone call, we felt confident in this company, their professionalism and the people employed by them. Several places we called were unorganized and sometimes "too busy" to answer our questions. M Catering never once made us feel like a nuisance and answered every question we had politely and thoroughly. We had the opportunity to go to an open house at our venue and taste a few of the caterers food. Once again, M Catering impressed. Their representatives were friendly and personable and their food couldn't be matched! It was TO DIE FOR!Based on all the experiences we had with M Catering, we made the confident decision to select them as the wedding caterer. We were so blessed to have been paired up with Noelle to help coordinate everything for my daughter's big day. I cannot say enough about this amazing girl. She was so sweet and so good at what she does. She has total knowledge in the foods and what goes into making them and complete confidence in the chef's that create the masterpieces. From helping us select a menu that was tasty as well as budget conscious, to assisting us with the alcohol provided to go with our menu, Noelle was AMAZING!!!! The day of the wedding went off without a hitch thanks to the venue and our catering company working so well together as a team. Noelle was present the day of making sure everything we requested was being carried out. I cannot say enough about this catering company! The service was UNBELIEVABLE! One of my biggest requests for my daughter's wedding was not wanting our guests waiting in lines for food and beverage. They had all of our 250+ guests through a buffet line and sitting down eating in 20 minutes. People raved to me about the quality of the food, the fluidity of keeping the lines moving and about the service they provided! As guests exited the ceremony space into the cocktail hour, they were greeted with servers holding trays of signature cocktails as well as pre-poured beer and wine. The service was equal to the food and both were OUTSTANDING in every way!I realize weddings and big events are expensive and have budgets. But if I can offer any advice it's to not skimp on the caterers. Your guests will remember how they were treated and how they felt more that any other thing from your big day. Hire a company that you KNOW will do the job they were hired to do and not have to worry about it being done right. I would recommend M Catering to anyone I can. They were that good!

Michael's catering handled the bar service for our wedding and we could not have been happier with their impeccable service! Their bartenders (Teri & Jerry I believe) were incredibly friendly and anticipated our needs before we could ask for anything. They kept our drinks and all of our guests drinks replenished at all times and everyone was extremely pleased by the great drinks, fabulous staff and lack of lines throughout the night. I could not recommend hiring their company more (I recently had their delicious food at a friends' wedding- and we were all raving at how amazing everything was). SO impressed and hope to drink and dine with them again very soon! They made our wedding very special and fun!
