Lusila's Island Kitchen

This food truck came to our office this Friday. I had browsed their menu online; however, they only had 4-5 options on the truck that day. Their website shows poke on the menu but they were not serving that. I ordered the Kalua Pork. The meal came with a side of rice and macaroni salad. The portion was large and my favorite part was the macaroni. I'm usually not a fan of Mac salad but this one was delicious! The service was fast and friendly. I'd be interested to try their katsu chicken or teriyaki beef.

Amazing food. Just got the kalua pork plate with a huge serving of pork, rice, macaroni salad, and cabbage from the Saturday night food truck festival at Pioneer Park. They also had chicken katsu samples that was delicious as well. Can't wait to try something else from them!

They were at my apartment complex in Tempe, I usually never do food trucks, but their menu looked good. I ordered the Katsu chicken after trying their free sample. It came with rice and macaroni salad. It was all delicious and can't wait till they come back!!
