Los Hibachi

Finally, I had a chance to try this food truck last night. It truly did not disappoint! The staff was so friendly. The food took a while to come out but was so worth the wait. I got the shrimp entree that comes with fried rice and veggies. I ended up trying the hibachi and yum yum sauces with my meal. The sauces really made the food pop! My husband got the side of sweet corn, which was so delicious as well. I will definitely be coming back. I was told that you can order ahead , which I definitely will do next time to avoid the wait. Give a try next time you're in Mesa!

This is a hibachi place on wheels! Saw that they had stationed themselves nearby and decided to try them out. We stopped by on a Saturday night around 10pm. They had mentioned to us that the filet minion was sold out, but they had everything else. (Chicken, steak, shrimp) I ordered the chicken entrée which came with vegetables and fried rice. I also ordered a canned soda. My sister ordered the half steak / shrimp entrée. My total came out to be about $24 (1 chicken entrée and 1 soda).The food was good but in my opinion not worth the price. It's too overpriced for it just being a food truck. At this price, I might as well go to Benihana for food and a show.The employees were friendly and we didn't have to wait too long for the food. They are open until 11pm, Thursday thru Sunday.

This place is so good but I did have to throw away 6 pieces of shrimp because they weren't fully cleaned which is disappointing considering what they charge per plate, if it wasn't for the uncleaned shrimp I would give this place 5 stars

A friend recommended me this food truck, and honestly I was surprised how good it was and how much they filled it up. I definitely would be back for the steak and chicken hibachi. I would recommend ordering directly through them vs post mates or Uber eats as they charge more than what the food truck does.

Great food truck! They do have a couple tables with lanterns for seating. We grab & go, they're pretty fast and friendly. I love the fresh shrimp and fried rice covered in los hibachi sauce (nice kick).

Good food fresh and worth the wait great rice shrimps we're huge New York steak was incredible don't forget the sauces

This place is great! Fresh and flavorful - beef was cooked to order - veggies were tender but firm, just perfect!

Very impressed with not only the flavor of the food but the amount! Been wanting Hibachi without the "show/price" and this place delivers. We will def be coming back!!Service was quick and easy and they provide you with those buzzer things so you can wait in your car and not pass out from this Arizona heat.

The best food in Arizona I've tasted. Service was a 100/10 as well as food. Prices are very reasonable and definitely will be back.

Visited Arizona recently and got lucky enough to find this amazing food truck! Service great and fast! Did not wait long at all. Very clean and up-kept. Definitely a must try of you visit Gilbert Arizona. Rate: 8/10
