Karen at Loma is my favorite for laser treatments, especially spider vein reduction. She's been in the business for a long time and is very knowledgeable. She has an amazing spider vein special when you buy 3. Definitely check out Loma for all your skin needs!

Love this place! I am currently doing Keralase treatments with Karen and it has been a great experience so far. The office is inviting with a lot of plants and it smells really good! The treatment room is so relaxing with a big tv and she puts on whatever you want to watch while doing the treatment. Each time I almost fall asleep! The laser part doesn't take long, and then you get the super serum massaged into your scalp followed by some red light action. Karen is super friendly chats with you while doing the procedure and I just feel so at ease when I am there. She is also very knowledgeable. Can't wait to figure out what treatment I want to do next! I definitely recommend this place.

Ok, Evyn is AMAZING! she was referred by many friends here in the Scottsdale area, and I couldn't wait to get an appointment with her. I would get routine facials when living in San Diego and was looking for a new facial spot, and she is the one!The Skin Routine is located on the 2nd floor inside Loma Skin and Laser, and her room was extra calming and zen. During our facial, she answered any questions I had about the process and set me up with the products customized for MY skin, and booked me for my next facial. Seriously, the best facial in Arizona.

Love this place! Getting the Zerona laser therapy, and after only 5 sessions I see a clear difference. So much more affordable than the other places. Also, very clean office and lots of other services are offered. The owner Karen is so helpful and friendly. High recommend.

1. Poor communication- expect to play phone tag as phone is not directly answered 3/4 times you will call. 2. Purchased a Groupon, no consultation offered. The cancelation policy was not displayed on the Groupon deal, just mention of a cancelation policy. You have to dig and go to their website and read the fine print, since no one will speak to you or consult with you prior, or explain the cancelation policy when making the initial appointment, which is so standard in most industries. I canceled a few hours before for an emergency, and there is no grace, doesn't matter if you're new and they're trying to earn your business. Can't imagine the business is on fire if they are on Groupon but it's clearly not appreciated. I tried making a new appointment and Karen (lol) informed me one of my sessions of the 3 I purchased was already redeemed. She was rude and told me not to come at all. Fine with me, I got my money back. Will not be referring to any of my girlfriends looking for this service. Bad energy from this Karen.

My first time here (3 session pack) and Karen is so sweet. So informative and really wants to help. To the point I ended up buying an extra vibration plate she had. She offers multiple services and products. She's enthusiastic about what has worked so well for her and has informational videos to keep your mind busy or you can just watch tv while on the vibration plate the end of your treatment.

Karen was great to work with. Good results with treatments. Very clean environment and professional staff.

I love my Zerona sessions at Loma! Karen is so welcoming and helpful. The details she puts in to make it a relaxing experience is amazing. Warm blankets, tv show of your choice, and fresh water are all special little touches. Plus the results have been amazing!
