Met some friends for luch here. This place has everything you want in a small local italian market ! The atmosphere is clean and welcoming, with the charm of an authentic Italian market. The staff all were incredibly friendly, making me feel like a regular on my very first visit.Pizza was fantastic! Perfectly crisp crust, flavorful sauce, and fresh, high-quality toppings that hit all the right notes. You can taste the care that goes into every pie.Great food, warm service, and a spotless environment--Can't wait to come back!

Do not be deceived by the humble store front. Joe is cooking up some crazy tasty food. I've been to multiple well known Italian market restaurant spots all over the valley, and I would boldly say that Joe's is the best! I normally only prefer a wood fired pie, but Joe has nailed every one of his Roman-style pizzas I've ever tried. His sandwiches are creative, intentional, and freaking delicious. And his small market offers a surprising variety of house made goods. I highly recommend the Gnocchi and fresh Mozzarella, which will surpass anything you can buy elsewhere. In short, for some no nonsense, quality grub, go with Joe's!(Regarding wait times. with a small staff, making scratch meals, expect it to take a bit longer than your average fare; it's always worth it!)

If you haven't come here, you NEED to come here! We got the meatball sandwich and the chicken cutlet sandwich. HUGE and DELICIOUS! The meatballs are outstanding and the chicken was moist and amazing. I can't wait to try the pizza and the pastas. This is a little Italian market with amazing food and beautiful pastas and sausages as well as Italian products.

Let me just say that Joe and his team did a phenomenon job on the interior. It is small, but in my opinion, it just adds to the authenticity of the place, natural elegance, and warm, inviting vibes.I stopped in to specifically try the tiramisu. They had a pistachio one as the weekly special, so I couldn't help pass it up. For $11, it's a little on pricey, but I rather pay a little more for quality products made from scratch with quality ingredients. Plus, supporting a small business is price-less, especially when you strike up a conversation with the lady who checks you out and ends up making the tiramisus! On a side note, as an idea, maybe offer customers a $1-2 discount for bringing back their jars?Can't wait to come back and try their meatballs, sandwiches, pizzas, and other savory and sweet items!

This place is a hidden Italian gem in Gilbert! The space is extremely small, so don't count on finding a seat if you're planning to dine in--definitely consider takeout instead. The food is fantastic, with delicious pizzas, fresh butter, bread, ravioli, meatballs, cheeses, soup stocks, and tomato sauces that taste homemade and authentic. The only downside is that they desperately need a bigger space. I visited on a Saturday, and the line seemed never-ending. It's clear this spot is popular, and for good reason. Despite the tight quarters and the wait, the quality of the food makes it worth the visit. Just be prepared to take your meal to-go or wait a while if you're coming on a busy day!

This place is authentic. As an NYC native growing up spoiled with good Italian food, I thought it would be hard to find good sandwiches, pasta, & pizza. I finally found my spot and I'm so happy. Everything is always fresh and made with love. They also have homemade sauce, pastries, and other goodies. Come support Little Joes you will not be disappointed!!

I've been dying to try Little Joe's and finally have a chance today and I was not disappointed! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! They didn't mind me asking a million questions! The food looked amazing in the case and tasted even better! I feel like I really got a great deal for my money! Sometimes Deli prices add up quickly but I was very happy with my bill! I'll definitely be coming back!

Little Joe's is the perfect spot to meet all of your Italian food cravings! I came for their grand opening and was impressed to learn that their pasta machines, pizza oven, mixer, flour, tomatoes, cured meats, hard cheese are all from Italy. The owner, Little Joe is from New York and makes everything else in house! I got a chance to chat with him while he made our pizza and he talked about his training, childhood and family. What a down to earth and friendly guy!We got the Margherita pizza tonda which is fresh mozzarella, DOP San Marzano tomatoes, Sicilian sea salt, fresh basil, EV olive oil and grana padano. The tonda style is flat, round and thin. It was delicious and enough to feed 2. The space is quaint and can only fit a 4-5 groups, but we were able to snag a table. Afterward, we perused the market which had a variety of Italian specialties including fresh gnocchi, house-made pesto, sausage, meatballs, drinks, cookies, and more! What the heck did I just walk into. Simply amazing place. Food is fresh, delicious and is probably the best place for real Italian food. Not a deli (although sandwich was amazing). This has pizza, meats, pasta. Family owned...I will be back. Service is best in class.

Highly, highly recommend!My boyfriend and I are obsessed with Little Joes! Everything is delicious at this adorable family-owned eatery. The menu changes daily, everything is made fresh, the ingredients are of the highest quality, but, when they sell out they sell out. Make a mental note to call ahead if you're jonesing for something specific because everything is made fresh and they do sell out!Aside from their life-changing made-to-order pizzas, sandwiches, and brunch you don't want to miss their refrigerated section. They offer an assortment of fresh-made pasta, sauces, sausages, sweet treats (the tiramisu is heavenly!), and more. Definitely check them out!
