Little Caesar's Pizza

Little Caesars disappoints yet again! We wanted to try the new pizza bites which have gone viral for some reason that only god knows why. We place a take-out order at 5:15. Tell me why it's 6:15 (AN HOUR LATER) and the tracker still says "in the oven!" We ordered two orders of cheese pizza bites, one order of pepperoni bites, and a pepperoni pizza.WTF!I go to pick it up, and me and a bunch of other people are standing in the lobby looking mad as heck. There are only two employees seen working and the guy at the counter can't seem to let anyone know what's up let alone form a coherent thought. After another 20 minutes or so of waiting, I finally get my order and leave.To make matters even worse, when I get home (I live less than a mile from the location), the pizza bites are cold AND they messed up the order; we ordered two of the cheese pizza bites, but got one cheese and one pepperoni. Such a massive failure. It should not have taken over an hour to get some bagel bite wannabes that were not even warm The pizza bites were literally cold, hard, and congealed. So unappetizing, and really makes you wonder if people's tastes have deteriorated or something cause why are these things so popular?Domino's would never do us dirty like this!

Pizza had absolutely no sauce ! also was told by worker on the phone that they were not in radius to deliver when they were 0.9 miles from my home. then when i went into the app and selected the same location i was able to have it delivered by the same man who had told me no previously. Overall just annoyed.

Two times in a row I got pizza that was barely baked thru. Practically dough with cheese and sauce slapped on. Like wtf is that???

We were hopeful this might be a good location since our order was prepared so quickly. Then we opened the box...the pretzel pizza had all the salt dumped heavily only in one area. It was so bad we had to just laugh

Slowest Little Caesars!! One pepperoni and breadsticks. Over 40 mins wait. Not one single person has walked in for a pickup. What's the hold up!?!

Thought we'd give the fanceroni a try with "100 pepperonis". Instead, received an undercooked, borderline raw (in the middle), and sauceless pizza. Also missing quite a few pepperonis compared to the 100 that's in the item description. Tossed it right in the trash and thankfully got a refund.

Last 6 months every pizza has been overbaked within an inch of its life. Some were so tough as to be completely inedible.

If I could give them a zero star, I would. I placed an order online and told me it was going to be ready at 705 The location I went to was in Mesa. I arrived & they told me that it would be ready in 1 hour. I had 3 hungry boys at home! Let me tell you they were not happy when I got home without food. Never doing business here again or any little Cesar's again. It was a last minute choice, I'm heading back to Papa John's where their pizza is always on time & they have excellent service. Very Disappointed

Cheese is always undercooked or it's raw . I've had stomach issues where once I ended up at the ER . People suck at there job and the cooking . The wait is about an hour or more .it's to pricy and to much cheese and they don't give sauce to go with it for free . Like other places do

This location is the worst. NEVER has anything hot and ready. And even if you order ahead it is never ready on time. Takes forever always.
