We used them for a private house party of about 100 guests. We paid $250 for one bartender & the bar set up (actual bar, table, equipment, etc.). we provided all consumables & cups. Plus we had the soda & beer iced & in coolers prior to the event.She showed up an hour early to set up & was very organized & professional. I was extremely happy with the company & services. I highly recommend them.

We hired Couple of Bartenders for our wedding and were very happy with their services! I first heard about them at a wedding venue open house & based on a short conversation there, sent a request for additional information on their website. I received a response from Kinsey no more than a day & a half later, very fast & much appreciated!The company offers different package options depending on your needs and budget. We selected the package which had 2 bartenders at the event (based on our # of guests) and they brought all the mixers, ice, glassware, etc. so all we needed to provide was the beer, wine, and liquor.After we selected the package, we sent in a deposit to hold the date and were notified when it was received. We reached back out to Kinsey about a month before to ask how much alcohol they suggest for our guest count which she was happy to provide. She sent us a reminder when the rest of the balance was due and asked us to fill out a short questionnaire about the wedding details about a week prior to our event date.On the day of the wedding, the bartenders were at our venue, all ready to go before our wedding guests arrived. Their service was great throughout the entire evening! People were able to get their drinks quickly and the bartenders were very friendly.The amount of beer/wine/liquor that was suggested to us was pretty spot on! As expected we had some leftover which were were able to take home. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Couple of Bartenders service if you need bartending service for an event!

Kinsey was amazing- as soon as a messaged her for a quote for my husbands' 40th birthday party, she was on it with packages and pricing and recommendations. She was an excellent communicator and always got back to my questions promptly and politely! Fast forward to the night of the event, we had Jake as our bartender and he was nothing short of amazing! He handled our approx. 50 guests with speed in creating cocktails, but also took the time to interact (and take a million photos with) all of our guests! Poor Jake (haha yeah right!) bears a striking resemblance to a young Russel Crowe and I think almost every woman at the party insisted they get a picture with him...and he was such a good sport! We were thrilled with the overall experience of working with Couple of Bartenders, and beyond appreciative of how our event went and how great Jake was to work with. Will definitely recommend to all!

I absolutely loved working with Couple of Bartenders for my 27 person wedding last month in my parent's backyard! A few weeks before the wedding, Kinsey helped my husband, and I curate a 4-cocktail menu based on our flavor preferences with a fall-feel since our wedding was in November. Every cocktail was so delicious and visually STUNNING! Each cocktail was served in the appropriate glassware and garnished with fresh ingredients. The favorite of the night was definitely the maple bourbon apple cider, which was garnished with a dehydrated apple slice-beautiful! Our bartender for the night, Nathan, was so personable and genuinely a good guy. All of my guests loved chatting it up with him!Nathan kept the bar and cocktail area neat and clean the entire night. In addition to serving cocktails and alcohol, COB also served coffee during dessert. They provided specialty syrups, cream, sugar, cups, and napkins, which was so great not to worry about.Overall, Couple of Bartenders is a MUST for any event or party. They are so professional, knowledgeable, and just FUN to work with. We can't wait to have another excuse to hire them again!

I hired Couple of Bartenders in place of the bar service that my caterer offered -- and am SO glad I did! Kinsey and her team were absolutely on it from the very beginning. We created three custom cocktails that were made to order during the reception. Each were served in a special and unique glass, and had the most beautiful and thoughtful garnishes. The COB team were super responsive through the whole process and helped me figure out all kinds of logistics along the way through the planning. They were so accommodating and helpful, and their pricing was very fair for the wonderful service they provided! I definitely recommend renting a special bar from them, as well as being open to their creative ideas!

We used them for our wedding on Saturday night. 10/14/17. They were terrific. Kinsey stayed in contact with me up to the event on all the details. Chelsea and Breona were so great! I will use them again!

These guys are simply awesome.Kinsey was such a joy to work with during the wedding planning process! I loved her dedication to staying on top of things by sending consistent emails and reminders as well as answering the various questions that we had. Jake and Madeline were our bartenders day of and were fantastic. I actually told someone after the wedding that I was sad I didn't have the time to really talk to them and get to know them more because they were so awesome!Professional, timely, personable. Couple of Bartenders is a must for your next event and/or wedding!

Had a great experience using couple of bartenders for my husband's 50th birthday celebration! Erika and assistant Kate were phenomenal, people loved being around them, engaging with the guests and just having a great time! They did a fabulous job as well as working with a company themselves from start to finish, couldn't have been happier!

Couple of Bartenders was one of three vendors I had the option of hiring for bartending my wedding. Off the bat, they were fast to respond, answered my questions over the phone, and provided the perfect build your own package to suit my needs. There were two details of this bartending service that helped us opt for them, which ultimately seemed to be what we had a bad experience with. Our event was beer, wine, and margaritas. After much discussion we opted to pay the $150 to order from Total Wine and have them pre-chill our beer, a service we thought was rather convenient. They even mention they return the leftovers. They provide you with a list that the bartender will bring to the event. I went back and forth on the perfect margarita from every angle: quality for guests, ease for bartender, and supplies needed from our ended. I opted for tequila, triple sec, bottled lime juice, limes and salt for garnish, as well as a bottle of prickly pear flavoring for anyone who wanted a flavored margarita. I figured this was perfect because when you consider the amount of guests who are drinking beer or wine, it's still a relatively fast drink to shake up - in so many places they list that they bring a cutting board, knife, shaker, etc. So, color me shocked when I found out not only did the margaritas get batched, but the shaker wasn't used at all! My salt was returned unopened (I suppose this could have been by guest choice, so I do apologize if I am wrong on this fact) and the prickly pear syrup - which contained about 67 servings, just a few shy of the 70 margaritas we had planned for - was used up by the time we joined cocktail hour. I'm not sure what happened on this front either, if it was accidentally used as mix vs. a shot of flavor, but as a result the sign I had lettered for the margaritas had to be put away rather quickly. After putting it in our contract, again mentioning it in an email after taking a pre-event survey, and giving a tip, the bartender set out a tip jar. We had specifically discussed how gratuity would be handled outside of the event. Knowing our crowd, people would have tipped him anyway, however we did not want our guests to feel this pressure of it being in front of them. It was upsetting due to the fact that it had been discussed multiple times. Finally, at the end of the night, all of the purchased beer was returned to us. Part of this may have been miscommunication due to the nature of a busy wedding night, and obviously we would be taking the loose bottles with us, but the point of paying $150 is for them to return it and refund it as well. I have no idea why, but every package we had was opened, even though some of the cases were put directly in the fridge and did not go into the ice chest. For example I came home with about 8 loose IPAs, but the next 12 pack was open; I had about 18 from another case, and the other 24 pack was open. Luckily, when I personally took them to Total Wine, they said they could take them as long as they taped them shut. It also took extra communication on my part to get this order made in the first place. Overall, my experience was only okay working with this company from start to finish. The communication through Honeybook is annoying (please, just give a direct email, which is in no one's email signature) because it makes you login each time you'd like to respond. After the event we received a thank you email and a request for feedback - I left out the margarita saga and simply noted that despite our discussions a tip jar was left out and did not receive a response. Simply, I wouldn't use them again after my experience, but the 3 stars note that nothing went wrong during my wedding, the beer got there, and everyone was served.

I just got married over the weekend and let me just say I would recommend Couple of Bartenders to anyone. Our bartender was Kyle and he was very professional super fun to work with at the same time. He kept the vibe up and going and even met our needs for a request that we had. I highly suggest partnering with these guys for any event!
