The water and ice here are very pure. The water quality test results are on the white board.They sell Thrifty ice cream, soda pop cans, coke, pepsi, a healthy cookie, and water bottles prefilled with clean water.There is a drive through if you don't want to get out of the car.They fill the water jugs up for me and put them in the car.The owners care about their business and the customers. They also sell ice blocks.They are closed on Sunday, but there is a dispenser on the outside.

Ever since the change of management, this place has awful customer service. I mean awful. I've had better customer service at McDonald's. I went up to the drive through area where they used to come out and get your water for you or at least, you know.. help a little? Nothing. So I walked in, and the lady was turned around with her back to the door and was too busy texting on her phone. So I started getting my water, and she continued texting without even acknowledging my presence. I almost walked out with the water without paying. But instead I finally asked her if she's the one I was supposed to give payment to. It wasn't until AFTER that that she finally got off her phone. I can't even give an A for effort.

Use to be a good place until they changed owners or management....now there's only two ladies who work there that only feel like helping with the ice cream/shaved ice part. Don't seem to offer help with carrying your water I've been there a couple times already and they never once offer any help...seems to me they need people that can actually lift....definitely gonna drive out of my way to go somewhere else from now on

Wanted to celebrate and go out for a little ice cream/shaved ice. This place popped into my head, figured why not! We love local businesses!! Excellent service!! Price for the value!! Quality products!!

What a great place! Water and ice are so good here. Customer service is impeccable. Love the shaved ice treats- lots of flavors and oh so good on these hot summer days!!

Unreliable hours. Some days they are closed due to whatever reasoning. Checked the hours and it says closed at 5pm. I got there at like 4:21pm and the girls that's in there turned off the open late and put the closed sign at the door and just walked out. Why say close at 5pm if you're going to close whatever time you feel like it. Might as well say open til whatever time we feel like it. This is the 3rd time I get there and they are closed on days/hours that they are supposed to be open.

The new owner is extremely rude, doesn't have any pricing up for anything at all and for the shaved ice it just tastes like water. So I think she just puts water in the flavoring. We also got bagged ice and it tastes freezer burnt, we asked the lady for pricing for everything as well and she was just so rude about it, tried to put the blame on us for her having her to go 10 feet to grab the pricing chart when she should already know what she charges for her product. I was never given my $0.97 but what ever it's better to not ask for it due to how horrible the owner is. If you like to be talked down to from a selfish person that extremely cheap and rude this is your place.

They charge the customers their own merchant fees when paying with a card. When I asked about it, the owner lady gave me an attitude saying well it's either that or she would raise prices. It's water!! LolAnyway, she's rude and a horrible business person. I'll be finishing out my pre-paid cards, then never giving her my money again.

I thought it might have been a fluke when I saw the first employee of the store not wearing a mask, but when I saw the owner not wearing a mask, I knew it was a conscious decision by the proprietors. If you have no issues with no masks, go and enjoy. If you do have issues? You might consider skipping it and going to another place that takes it more seriously, which I will do.

We have bought six bags of ice for five dollars for years. Great flavor! New owners do but offer six for $5. Still cheaper than most places. Problem is the quality of the ice. The bottom of the bags always takes like freezer burn even though I know it's fresh. Maybe the ice isn't made from purified water. Or the purification process the new owners use is different. Don't know. We no longer buy it ice from this location. Poor quality
