I stopped by Linden Organic because they are an all organic, vegan, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free cafe and I've wanted to check them out for awhile now. There are a couple tables inside (2) but it's more of a grab and go. Everything is gluten free!! It's feels so good to have zero stress when ordering :) My first order was through door dash and I was a little nervous I might somehow get the one thing that's not gluten free, but the restaurant left me a note on my food assuring me everything is gluten free. Love a good vegan spot, especially ones with healthy/organic food! This is just a small place, you can order stuff to be made or some premade options. I had a hard time deciding between the avocado toast or the heirloom tomato toast, but I get avocado toast all the time so I went for the heirloom tomato toast! It had cashew cheese on it, micro greens, red onion, and a lemon to squeeze. Food came out in a reasonable time, no complaints for service. The food was so so incredibly fresh. YUM! Was refreshing. Only complaint was that it was really expensive but I guess that makes sense for an organic place. Would def stop by again.

Hidden in the southwest plaza, is a cute vegan spot that serves baked treats, smoothies, food, and of course açaís bowls. I got the original acai bowl with came in one size only and probably be shared with at least two people.Nicely presented, the base had plenty of unsweetened acai, grain fee granola (a bit hard but let it sit in the acai to soften up), fresh strawberries, bananas, 2 thin slices of green apple, cocoa nibs, and topped with coconut shavings. Everything was top notch! Recommended the acai bowls here. Looking forward to trying other ones on the menu. Plenty of parking but can get busy. Tables were clean, they do have a restroom for customers, and the staff were great.

What a fun place! The menu is a lot to take in, so I suggest looking beforehand so you have an idea of what you want. The place is quaint, with a few small tables inside to sit down and eat. We went with the Maca bowl (which is easily shareable between 2-4 people), snickers bar, vegan tuna sandwich and their Chickpea salad (in their to go section). I also got their matcha latte with almond milk. Everything was awesome and the owner was super kind and welcoming. The vegan tuna sandwich is clearly the superstar and honestly, a piece of art. I will be thinking about that sandwich for a while, it's so good.

Stumbled upon thus randomly today. Wish I had known about it sooner but have never seen a sign or marketing. I was excited for all of the vegan treats. I did a black forest smoothie turned bowel which was delicous! A little pricey but tasted great and came topped with tons of fruit and this amazing granola bark. I also tried their chia seed pudding. Nice but nothing special. Wish they had fruit options and or flavors. I also ordered a cookie dough ball and raw cinnamon roll. I wish there were photos of these so I knew what I was ordering. Was not a fan of either. Still not sure what the cinnamon roll is made out of.

This juicery is in a small plaza. There is plenty of parking available. The inside is very modern and cute. The service is attentive and friendly.The reason for the 3 stars is the price. I understand healthy food as well as dairy free, etc costs more. I just can't understand how the smoothie bowl is $16! I can get an entire gluten free, dairy free meal for that. With tip I walked out with an $18 smoothie bowl. There was a good amount in there and I couldn't finish it in one sitting. It doesn't keep overnight too well though and was not able to finish it the next day due to this. If I'm in the area and craving a smoothie I may stop by, but this is definitely not something sustainable for me to become a regular at.

My wife and I found Linden Organic when we searched online, for food servers who provide organic dishes. We celebrated our nineteenth wedding anniversary there with a healthy, delicious lunch. She ordered the Mock Tuna Sandwich and I had Avacado Toast. For both of us, even the toast was tasty. They have pastries, too.It's mostly pick-up, and located near Elliot and Gilbert Roads, in Gilbert.You need to go there.
