We had a turkey smoked for the holidays and our guest were not only delighted with the rich Smokey flavor, they left wanting more! Great flavor but not over powering. Nice business people too. Thank you!

Bryan provided smoked meats for our Staycation 2018 youth event at our church in Tempe. The food was fantastic(Brisket and pulled Pork as well as Chicken thighs) and the feedback from both the students and leadership was great! Everyone loved the meats and I particularly loved the sauce!!!
