I can only review the staff because I only had a very limited amount of services. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I was not able to continue with my package at NO FAULT of the staff. All the staff I have encountered were very professional, courteous, knowledgable, and exceptional. The facility is incredibly tidy and clean. I always felt welcomed and each staff member focused on making me feel comfortable. I want to thank all you beautiful ladies for being so patient with me and my life's circuses.

IF you are using Semaglutide while getting "skin tightening" treatments at Light RX, DO NOT continue. It will NOT work. And you will waste your money. When using the Semaglutide for losing weight, you lose almost all of your skin elasticity. And even though Light RX will tell you that they can tighten your skin with the legacy or soft-wave treatments, it is NOT TRUE. And they will gladly take your money and tell you it will work. I am here to tell you $4000 later, it does NOT. And they do not care about results in the end. Only the money! I'm not just saying this because I am a disgruntled client. I am telling those of you who wanna try it, it DOES NOT WORK. You might see results that same day, but your skin will go back to what it was just a few weeks later. It happened to me. And no one will try and resolve my issue. They are dishonest people who only want your money. Horrible and very upsetting!! I will be filing a lawsuit. It's worth my time and money! Not like this.

Total waste of my hard earned money. I could have paid for a trainer and actually have results. This place is a scam. I paid thousands for some laser Lypo treatments that did absolutely nothing. I actually gained weight. I'm very dissatisfied.

The ladies who provided me with the consultation were great. They were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The reason why I am rating this a one star is because they're advertising "Stretch Mark Removal" for as low as $129 and yes, I understand the "as low as" part, but when I asles about that she said thats a complete dofferent procedure that COULD help with stretch marks, but that's not necessary used for that purpose. Therefore they're advertisement is false. Their pricing is $700 for treatment package which includes 3 treatments. Thats about $230/treatment which is a huge difference from whats advertised. Not to mention that when I called yesterday to set up the appt she said they could do an additional 70% off the $129/treatment. I wont even get into that because even I can aknowledge thats a little too good to be true.My time is valuable. I work three jobs and have two kids. Had I known thats what their prices were I would've never went and thats what makes me mad the most. Wasting my time.

Listen up ladies, I paid almost $2000 to this place and didn't get one result. They also told me they gave me 70% off which is a complete scam. They have huge turnover and after 6 treatments and no one left in their staff to do the treatments, their manager Nicole had to do mine (she also had a new hire training during my treatment). That treatment was completely different than the other girls and she admitted to me that they were doing it wrong so a complete waste of time and money. I seen zero results and actually still have 4 treatments left but won't be going back. This establishment needs to be shut down. The other manager who usually just sits at the front desk is rude and always cancels your appointments or demands more money, no type of customer service skills whatsoever. A couple of these girls even said it was a bad environment and were quitting. I hope some of you read this and don't go to this place and get your money taken like several have including me.

Make sure that you read what you sign and don't believe a word they tell you verbally. Tell them to print the contract so that you can read it over before you sign. I was stupid and listened to what they told me the contract said instead of actually reading it, and what they told me was the exact opposite of what was written. They told me that I could cancel the remaining treatments if I did not see any results, but that was not true. They state that it doesn't work for everyone, so if you know it isn't working for you, why would you want to continue with treatments and pay outrageous amounts of money for nothing? Of course you wouldn't. It's crazy that they care so little that they only give you that option. I bought 3 packages. None of the treatments that I bought showed any results three treatments in, and now it's been over 8 weeks since my last treatment, so if it was going to work on me, we would know. I have no benefits at all. In fact I have like a hard lump in my stomach after the first treatment and it's still there! I have already paid for the package so basically I am throwing away the rest of my treatments because I feel it is a complete scam, and there is no way to get me money back. One of the packages I bought was to get rid of spider veins. That doesn't work either. I went to Tera Fe med spa and they did a treatment on my spider veins where they injected something into the vein and they all disappeared in just 1 treatment and that was a lot less expensive then this company's light that they call a laser. Don't waste your money here. I'm seriously planning on calling the attorney general and having them investigated.

Great Experience. Great Results.I would recommend this place to anyone wanting to work on their body. I brought my daughter who loved it. The workers here are truely nice and well educated. They have great deals and they answer all my questions.

I am a regular now and all because my best friend referred me to this place and they treated me super awesome! I can honestly say the fat on my flanks is all gone and I can look good in a bathing suit going to Cancun now. I really feel like I have a personal trainer when I go there because the technicians there all take notes and give you lots of pointers on how to better help your treatment. I listened to them and got really great results. I got the laser lipo and later got a hydra facial. I am ready for the beach and I will be looking better than ever. Everything on their menu is very affordable and I am sending everyone I know their way, thanks ladies!!!

I'd like to preface this by saying I have no issues whatever with the service I have received. The actual people that have performed the service that I have worked with here have been great. The issue I have is that it is the second time I have been there and have been greeted with a non-masked receptionist. In both instances I have opted to wait outside for my appointment, the second time while it was cold and semi raining. Currently we are number one in the world in a pandemic. Although I'm sure she is extremely proud of her matte red lipstick and it's application, the reaction it garners is only disgust. Your face is not worth anyone dying over it. I take it as an indication that my health and safety is not a priority here, after what I can only see as willfully ignorant, selfish and negligent behavior. It's extremely disappointing that anyone in a customer service position at this time would put their appearance over putting clients in very real danger. I enjoyed the service, but after my Groupon is complete I will look elsewhere for service.If the response is that she cannot wear a mask for "health" reasons, then these health reasons are much too serious to be working with the public in the first place.

The staff is very friendly and professional. However, I am very unhappy with the lack of results my $4000 treatment provided to me. If you are taking Semaglutide or are on a weight loss journey, DO NOT seek treatment here. Their skin tightening services do not work in conjunction with weight loss. Even though it was known I had dropped 40lbs in the exact time I was being provided treatment, no one spoke up about the fact that my treatment was not going to provide any results. Now I am stuck with a $4000 bill and I look the same. I was also sold a $1000 Softwave treatment for my abdomen that did not work either. So today I spoke with the regional manager and she had no resolution for the situation. She was unwilling to remedy this as she should have. During our conversation she stated she knew this treatment would not work for me, so why wouldn't her staff know? I would not recommend spending your HARD EARNED money here. I am stuck paying $4000 for NOTHING. I wasted my time and my gas. Very disappointing situation and services. Very dishonest. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. I will also fight my payments. I have seen so many horrible reviews just like mine. It's too bad I didn't do more research before wasting my money.
