I checked out the Bao and Chicken Wing Festival in Peoria for the first time on a Saturday afternoon. Let's Toast was one of the vendors at the festival and I knew I had to check them out. One, because they had the longest line at the festival and two, because they have good Yelp reviews. Since I was trying them out at a festival, service and ambiance weren't a big part of the experience so I'll focus on the main attraction: the food. Let's Toast is known for its bulgogi sandwiches. They are a sight to behold and they taste as good as they look. First, they toast two milk Texas toasts on the grill. In between the bread, you'll find tender pieces of marinated bulgogi. And a delicious sauce. Simple yet effective. This was hands-down the best food I had at the festival and well worth the 20-minute wait. Let's Toast, I will be back.

Whoa. They were at the Arizona Bao and Dumpling Festival. Line was long but it smelled so good, I had to taste it. They only had bulgogi cheesesteaks, but my goodness. The Japanese milk bread was toasted perfectly. It had the right amount of mozzarella cheese. The egg was over easy, nicely done. The meat was cooked well, tender, and flavorful, not too salty. It wasn't overly saucy but it is messy. I literally was ready for a nap after. This deserves a 10/10. The only way this could have been better is if I was eating it on the beach with the salty sea breeze in my hair and sand under my feet. I will definitely eat this again. Makes me wish I bought more than 1 but it's a very generous size. It was shareable and I shared it with my mini.

Just came back from Arrowhead Farmer's Market. They have expanded their biz and are now dividing and conquering. Get their Bulgogi Toast for breakfast or lunch. It is amazing!!!The shaved ribeye steak marinated in that sweet Korean sauce, ooey gooey cheese and runny fried egg holds up perfectly in the buttered toast.Genius second time around!

This sandwich got me out of the Thai Chicken line and into the Bulgogi line and the Bulgogi did NOT disappoint!!! It was a divine combination of egg, Ribeye steak, mozzarella cheese and TWO secret sauces. It was not just delicious...it was on a whole 'nother level of flavor served on grilled Texas-style toast (but they make their own bread) OH MY GOD!!!

Let's Toast is a food place that only shows up at farmer's markets and other various food festivals, though you can contact them for catering services. I tried out their bulgogi sandwich which comes with egg and large pieces of French toast bread. The insides of the sandwich were above average and the bread was average. Unfortunately, the cost wasn't that great because this cost me almost $18 and all you get is the sandwich, no sides. One of the things I abhor about any business is hidden fees and they charged me extra just for using a credit card which I didn't find out about way later; these warnings either need to be displayed (like at other restaurants) or told up front.

I attended the Asian Chamber of Commerce Night Market on Saturday April 27th with some friends. We arrived around 6:45 and thankfully the lines were short still! I knew beforehand that this was one thing I wanted to try and luckily it was near the entrance! We ordered two bulgogi cheesesteaks then came back 15 mins later to pick it up. Each sandwich is made with marinated ribeye in between buttered toasted Japanese milk bread, topped with mozzarella cheese and a drizzle of two sauces. I'm assuming the sauces are bulgogi marinade and kewpie mayo? For $16, the sandwich was a good size. I took one bite and wow! So much flavor!! It was really good. It was just a bit difficult to eat though because it broke apart a bit after the first bite or two. We ended up grabbing some forks to eat it with. Still worth it. Would definitely get this again!

The undisputed best breakfast sandwich I've ever eaten. It starts off with an outstanding Bulgogi. Add a perfectly cooked egg and cheese, then tuck it in a beautifully toasted bread boat. Finish with an incredible sauce and crema. The entire staff was awesome and were working as a team to provide these hot, fresh beauties. Located at the Uptown Farmer's market. Hope they get a brick-and-mortar.

Bulgogi, but make it brunch! Their instagram @letstoastofficial will post where they will pop-up next. Traveled to the Uptown Farmers market to try this masterpiece and it didn't disappoint! There was a long wait (30 min) but hey, this is a one person cooking show! The bread was toasted perfectly! The sandwich consisted of a fried egg, mozzarella cheese, and marinated bulgogi steak that sent my taste buds to heaven!! There is mayo and another sauce in the combo that I couldn't quite put my finger on, but none the less, absolutely delicious!
