This is a little hard to find but WELL worth the effort I had a veggie burrito which was as good as I've hadVery clean and friendly

Where do I even start?!? Delicious! Just come eat... try everything! There's a lot of trendy Mexican restaurants that have "gourmet tacos" and it's the simplest thing... no one thought more than two minutes on the menu. Lado Sur tacos are by far the best gourmet tacos in The Valley! Mix of strong ingredients that give you a complex but delicious blend of flavors is something you need to try. The menu is pure gold!

This food truck is a vegetarian or pescatarians DREAM!! I ate here today after a hike and the food was out of this world!! So flavorful and so many vegetarian options. The pineapple salsa is super tasty and all of the tacos are piled high with toppings. The agua frescas are the absolute best I've ever tasted!! So fruity and sweet. The quesadilla even had a perfectly crisp layer of crusted cheese on the outside!! The decor is bright colorful, day of the dead style and right on trend with how colorful and flavorful the dishes are. Their food is to die for and I can't wait to come back to try everything on the menu!!! :)

I don't think I have ever eaten at a food truck however, this one came highly recommended so I gave it a try. It was their grand opening today and I wanted to be one of the first to try. I was so pleasantly surprised to see the variety of vegetarian options! I tried the roasted garlic veggie burrito, roasted street corn and charro black beans. The veggie burrito was huge, wrapped in a toasted cheese burrito...it was full of flavor. I'm not a corn eater but was hungry and wanted to try it....omg I ate it all because it was so good! Not sure what was in the charro beans but they were the best black beans I have ever eaten. My friend tried tacos - the gourmet shrimp & bacon tacos and the pineapple BBQ Chipotle crispy shrimp - he said they were both amazing. Honestly, this food truck packs a punch of flavor! They have a variety of flavored teas and lemonades. It was funny to watch customers order one flavor and say how good it was, then try another flavor. I watched one customer buy 3 different flavors. It seems like the mojito lime lemonade is the winner so far. You can order online for pick up or order in person. They also have outdoor seating which I personally really liked because of the weather was nice and i felt safer because of Covid. I am not going to lie, I also got an order to go, to eat later :-) I really want to go back and try the crispy avocado Tecate batter tacos!We would definitely recommend! They are right next (west) of the car wash on 39th street and Baseline...give it a try :-)

This food truck is bomb diggity times 25! First time here and we will definitely come back! I had the poblano shrimp taco And lobster taco and they were literally the best I have ever tasted! This food was fresh and so tasty! These were not just ordinary tacos, they are delicious gourmet tacos. I am certain you will not be disappointed and you will absolutely love. And let me not forget the drinks...I had a motijo lime lemonade and my friend had a pomegranate lemonade.....absolutely delicious!! My friends and I would 100% recommend this eatery! It is worth your trip!

Saw this food truck at Baseline and 40th st tucked next to the car wash. Pleasantly suprised by the "gourmet" Mexican food. Had the Carne Asada tots, tilapia fried taco, and carne asada taco along with a fresh caramel churro. Everything was well prepared, fresh, and tasty. The carne was super tender. The fish was fresh(it is a day later so no bad effects), and the churro was spectacular. Oh, and the tots were awesome. Lots more on the menu I got to try.
