LA IGUANA

The restaurant is visually appealing, and our server was efficient and professional. Drinks were good. The food: - Taquitos- after almost breaking a tooth on one, was too concerned to finish them. It was a large bone! - Lunch Taco Plate - ate the taco and beans. 30 minutes later my stomach exploded and ridded my system of everything - Same stomach evacuation on the 3rd plate, on the same schedule.Sorry, but something is awry in the kitchen: I won't be back anytime soon.

Today, 04/22/2016, we revisited La Iguana or their other name, Plazabonita located in the former Teakwoods Restaurant. Our first visit, when they originally opened, is what it was. I am happy to report that it is better and very enjoyable. Service was very good and the inside temperature of the restaurant was good. The food was also very acceptable. Without getting too critical, I was surprised of the improvements we found. My wife ordered fish tacos---when I saw the size of the plate, I laughed. I ordered the Deluxe Burrito which was very good. This was our lunch, which turned into lunch/dinner. We plan to dine here again as they worked hard to improve their restaurant.
