Stopped in to try the ice cream after hearing many compliments. Upon first entering, it seemed very clean and bright. They have a variety of ice cream flavors. Some of the regular typical flavors you'd expect and other fun, unique flavors that rotate (like avocado, corn, pico de gallo). They have a multitude of other treats (savory and sweet) and beverages as well (coffee, fruit juices, horchata, etc). The woman behind the counter was very pleasant and quick to assist us. She gladly offered samples for the ice cream to help in the decision making. I ordered 1 scoop of the caramel and 1 scoop of the chocolate. The ice cream can be served in a cone or a cup/bowl. They were so tasty and rich with the perfect amount of sweetness! A wonderful end to a busy Monday.

Konos is a cute little family owned ice cream shop in the shopping center on Phelps & the Trail. When you walk in you're immediately greeted by, who I assume is, the owner. They have several different ice cream options including some interesting options like cucumber, corn, & avocado. I'm more tradition so I stick with caramel & chocolate. There are a few table where you can sit and enjoy your ice cream, candy, chips, or beverages. We've been here a few times and will return.

We left the Goldfield Ghost Town, hungry for a cool treat, and looking for a less expensive option than the Ghost Town's prices and when we happened upon Kono's, we were pleasantly surprised!Reasonable prices, quick service, tasty treats, and a chill vibe! Don't let the pics with no people fool you, when we got here and when we left, they had business! Def a sweet treat place--check it out!

Prices were reasonable but everything we got was awful. Nachos were just cold chips with nacho cheese. Nachos from the gas station are better than this place. Ice cream was alright. Portion not worth it for the price. Was disappointed because I was told they had authentic Mexican snacks and ice cream and it was garbage.To make matters worse, the service was so rude. I ordered in Spanish, and although my Spanish isn't perfect, the ladies at Paletta bar can understand and are polite. Ordered my snacks in Spanish and the girl at the counter repeated my order slowly in English. I felt bad because I thought maybe she didn't speak Spanish. Mexican dude walks into the place and she spoke Spanish to him. I felt discriminated because I am an Asian who lived in Mexico for a year who tries to practice Spanish when I can. She didn't want to speak Spanish back to me because I am Asian. I will never come back to this place again. Besides, why would I? Paletta bar has better ice cream and snacks. I'll drive the extra miles to go there instead for friendly service and better food.
