Kokobelli Bagel Cafe

Saw this place on Instagram had to go visit!Extremely cute and quaint local owned shop.So many options of bagel, spreads, and sandwiches.My wife got the cinnamon raisin bagel with butter and cinnamon sugar. I tried the French Toast Bagel. Highly recommend trying absolutely delicious.

But Wait!My family and I have been eating Bagels at Kokobelli since they opened (See my other reviews) My wife loves a Swiss Cheese Bagel with Lox cream cheese. She goes often and has signed up for their marketing club to get text messages of specials and earn points. She has gotten lots of points and today decided to redeem 50 points for a free Bagel. She got our daughter a French toast bagel. My daughter (4yo) likes the sweet toasted buttered bagel.But wait! The free Bagel doesn't come with cream cheese or the optional butter. No problem we ordered a side of butter.But wait! The free bagel doesn't come with a trip through the toaster. (Toasting is not on the menu so they don't have a price for 'toasted') So no toasting!But wait! It's just a free bagel they won't even cut the bagel!Management has lost their minds. (One star is supposed to get their attention, let's see if they care) They should never do a promotion that angers or annoys their customers. What were we supposed to do with a bagel , un cut and un toasted. Stop and think about what you are doing to your customers. Love the new Thyme bagel but I don't recommend it unless you can handle a very very powerful Thyme flavor. It's got a big load of Thyme in it. I'll get it again but that's me.Give Kokobelli a try and become a regular, the remodel has fixed the old air pump coffee dispensers and now they have lots of piping hot coffee. And the coffee tastes great. I'm pretty sure their bagels use a premix with malt but the flavor is still quite nice. Their baker does a solid job on the bagels and their muffins are superb.

I had the opportunity to visit this establishment one morning while in the area. It is a charming, intimate venue. The customer service was exceptional and the location was bustling with activity. The lox bagel I purchased was arguably one of the finest bagels I have ever had. I also ordered several additional bagels to take home. They are, by far, the best bagels I have had in the valley. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Love this bagel shop. My kids and I love all their sandwiches. All the bagels are made fresh daily. I also really like their iced coffees. Definitely recommend KoKobelli Cafe.

My husband and I used to come here almost every weekend when we moved to the area in 2015. The first few years were great. The last few years, not so much. Constantly feel like orders are wrong or missing an item. I always ask for our bagels to be double-toasted, and not once have they been double-toasted. Always feel like our bagels are lightly to not even hot. For the price, I also would like to see a little more cream cheese versus the thinnest layer possible. Today, I came in to get an order to go. Once again, bagels were barely toasted. What I was not expecting was the food poisoning to come shortly after we ate our completely different orders. How was it that might Husband got sick and ran to the bathroom and then shortly after I was feeling the same way with completely different orders? Hope to visit and have a new experience and enjoy Kokobelli like we used to.

The bagels won't blow you away, especially if you come from the bagel capital - NYC. However, these bagels are better than store bought and will suffice. They also have a much larger variety than the basic flavors you may find at the local grocery store.The Sunrise with meat was not great, the egg lacked flavor. The bacon was soft, I prefer it to be crispy but the everything bagel flavor and texture made up for it.The service was great, the lady at the counter was super sweet taking my order and the food came out quick. It's also a great place to eat at, as there are many tables inside and out!

This place is awesome! I used to work nearby so I'd be there at least 3 times a week. I always get the French toast bagel toasted with regular cream cheese for breakfast. I've had all the lunch sandwiches but my go to is definitely the BLT on a CHONGO bagel. The employees are always very friendly and quick. The ambience gives off a corner store vibe. Small, cute decor and customers seem like they all know each other because they are there so often. I work farther now so I only get to enjoy Kokobelli's on the weekend if I wake up early enough. They close at 2pm sharp everyday. And they always have bags of day old bagels super cheap!

Horrible service. Ordered an online order, they were out of over half our bagels. I just wanted a refund, and they said they could not refund and I was just screwed basically and had to pick out of the few bagels they had left. Paid almost 50 bucks for bagels and got over half of flavors we will not even eat. Was offered no sort of compensation or anything to make it right. Used to like this place, but if this is the way they do business I will not be back and do not recommend this place, especially for online orders.Responding to owner... Wow calling the customer a liar? Very professional! I was 100% told I could not have any sort of refund after the manager "talked to you" and was forced to choose from flavors that were leftover that my family would not eat. I also got 4 different types of bagels but nice try! Good luck with your business if this is how you speak with customers! Have a nice day!

Great service, nice ambience, outdoor cafe seating.One is attended quite well in most hospitable manner.Best to try for oneself as I myself find the bagels simply bread like,far too puffy and generic roll like - the croissants i will spare mention of as i will the coffee.Were the fare to meet the hosting and the locale halfway - this place would be outstanding ! I suspect that the local water is unfiltered for the food 's preparation.I humbly encourage a sincere reset in the baking realm though the clear success of this business negates my proactive, constructive critique, respectfully proffered.Continued good fortune ahead folk.
