One of my favorite small quiet parks tucked back in a quiet neighborhood. Actually, I probably shouldn't tell anyone about it. LOL. Updated modern playground in 2024! I haven't seen a play structure like it.Only parking is on 42nd St. Surrounded by nice residential area. Large area to play soccer.

This is a nice neighborhood park that has a lot to offer. There is free street parking around its perimeter and within a reasonable walking distance. The park is well maintained and is home to a very nice and modern playground. The playground is on a bed of wood chips and has benches around its perimeter for caregivers to sit and watch their littles while they play. The playground has a huge a large and small jungle gym with slides, tunnels and bridges. The area has a couple of canvas shades that provide a decent amount of protection from the sun.The park also has a nice paved path that runs through it that was popular with dog walkers while I was there and a lot of green space, that was being used by a little kid flag football league during my visit. You will also find water fountains and a picnic shelter with a table under it and another picnic table on the green space. I liked this park. It has a wide-open layout and a trendy feel. The park does lack a restroom facility and formal parking, but that is ok. I will accept that.It is not a very large park, covering about 3 acres. As I mentioned, it is well maintained and updated though. I enjoyed my time at the park and sure that you will too.

This is my neighborhood park. It's in Arcadia and just blocks from LGO and Postino. Very well maintained and easy to walk to with your dog, kids, or on your own when you're out and about. It's small but gets the job done. Tables for an ad hoc picnic with the goods from LGO. Enough room to kick a ball around. And a nice playground. It sits in the shadow of Camelback Mountain. It's a favorite stop of mine, and if you're in the area you might find some happiness and peace here, too. There are no restrooms, FYI.

Kachina is a cute park tucked away in the middle of Arcadia. It is very small though with no toilet facilities which loses it points. There is also nothing very aesthetically interesting or historic about it I could see.It gets the job done as a safe, close neighborhood park and that is all.

One of my favorite park in this area. This is the perfect park for kiddos 3+. The only downside is there is no bathrooms.

This is a wonderful little neighborhood park! We used to live right across the street and brought our dog here daily! They have great play features for the kiddos, a large grassy area to throw a baseball, frisbee, fly a kite, have a picnic, etc. and trash cans everywhere for doggy poo! The neighborhood itself is amazing and super safe. They have gazebos with picnic tables where we saw multiple birthday parties and gatherings + they provide shade in the summertime. I wish that we still lived within walking distance but I know that we'll be back to visit because friends are in the hood!

Kachina Park is hidden right off of Campbell and 42nd street in Arcadia; just 2 blocks east of LGO. It is well kept and a great place to go with kids, with your dog (if kept on a leash), with a group of people, or even by yourself...Kachina Park has a small play area for kids with some swings, slide, bars to play on, etc... and several picnic tables spread around. They also have plenty of garbage cans and offer bags to clean up after your dog. I've seen people of all ages enjoying Kachina Park, and I will continue to do so as well...

The park usually very clean. Peaceful and the grass is green. However there is not a bathroom so you can have a birthday party.

I really love this neighborhood park. Bring your dog, kids, friends, whatever-this spot has something for everyone! There is a cute little jungle gym, several picnic tables, bike racks, and a shaded area, plus a large grassy area with plenty of trees. There are always families here with kids, people playing with their dogs, and others just enjoying a picnic or some fresh air. As a heads up, parking is kind of sparse and there are no bathrooms. Otherwise, this little park is really a neighborhood gem!

This park was not the right fit for our family of 3 (me my husband and my 69 month son) we saw a racial slur written on the play equipment. There was also a spinny toy that my son almost hurt himself on. This is why I give this 1 star. Arcadia I expect more.
