JulioBerto's Fresh Mexican Food

I ordered carne asada fries, but the meat they use is not anything close to that. The fries weren't crispy and nothing tasted good. There's no salt or meat flavor? The meat looks like ground beef.

I was just there getting an order for my wife I told them I wanted super nachos with no meat and no jalapeños. How can a restaurant like this get my order wrong.

I usually go with Filiberto's but this was on my way home. I pull into the driveway thru and order a half order of carne asada fries. After repeating my order three times I drive up to the window and wait another 10 mins for someone to tell me my total. The lady says $9 and change. I thought it was a bit over for just a half order. She doesn't seem to understand what I'm saying at all. I say again, HALF ORDER. She says they only do full orders. So naturally I asked why didn't you tell me that when I placed my order three times? She says to wait. Some man in a green apron comes and tells me the total again and that they only have full orders. So I proceed to tell him the same thing and he says we'll you already know. I told him I didn't seeing as how I'd never been there in my life. He says yeah you been here a lot of times and proceeds to shut the window. These two people were rude as hell and the fact that they got bothered with me because neither of them understand English well enough to take down a simple, one item order is ridiculous. That was the first and last time I will ever stop at this establishment.
