Food by my job is limited and I have odd work hours. I love a good sub/sandwich. Even though this is obviously a chain I find their subs to be the best and closest to east coast style and taste out of that type of brand. (fast food, non local sub shops.) I go here after work although they close too early to make it more possible. I am always treated so well here. The staff is beyond wonderful the times I have visited and the sandwiches are pretty good.

Hey, check out Jersey Mike's just off of 4th Street and Roosevelt. Great place to pick up a sandwich ordered the number 23 Michael JORDAN meatballs with the works had good service. The staff is friendly helpful picking out the sandwich that I needed also Ambiance is nice clean with music playing.

I had the joy and pleasure of being served by an amazing employee named Drake. I can't say enough about his service and it really blessed me. Really like the sandwiches here. We got the chicken cheesesteak delicious. If I ever in town, I will definitely come to this sandwich place again.

Great freahly made subs. Cheerful friendly staff. Excellent use of gloves and cleanliness emphasis. I left my purse hanging on a chair. When I called 10 minutes later they had already secured it!! Outstanding SERVICE.

Today had the best sub I have ever had. No Jersey Mikes where I live in Hawaii. So I was so happy to see one within walking distance of the Hyatt Regency.Easy to find. Staff super friendly. The club was made perfect to my specifications and the roast beef was perfect - rare and lean. Will try to get back before I leave town.And please bring your awesome subs to the Big Island.

Today's preparation was out of the ordinary as I go to this shop 2-3 times a week. The oil was everywhere! Not even paper towels could sop it all up. Then on top of that -- like tripple mayo. A gooey and gross mess. You can customize at Jersey Mike's so no oil and no red vinegar, mayo on the side for now on. Otherwise, you risk getting something not edible.

Never been here before but I'm glad that I stop by. Paid a visit last Wednesday and I will say that I was impressed with service provided by the staff members. Friendly staff as I asked what they recommend. They kept up the pace with the busy lunch hour rush. The sandwich I chose was great with all the favors combined! A bit on the pricey side but I can see myself coming here again. Over great first time experience!

The lady and I traveled to PHX to see a friend for lunch, May 18th around 12:30pm. Our friend was staying at the Sheraton Hotel. So plenty of delicious choices close by. We were excited.Our party decided on trying out Jersey Mike's for a bite to eat. Upon arrival we noticed a super clean dine in area, a great menu and also a great staff. Our meals came out perfect, the sandwiches were delicious. But the best part was the great staff helping us out. The manger Mike and staff are top notch!
