Jazana's had everything we needed for our backyard baby shower! Tent, tables and chairs. They were efficient, punctual and courteous. They assembled the tent and took care of all our needs! Great service and great pricing!

Got taxed for gas but I live far so it was cool l waited till the day before so I'm lucky I even got one. The jumper was clean and on time.

I am giving two stars because the man I spoke with to cancel my reservation was very nice even when I was very upset. That is the only reason for the two stars. I have had this company booked for 3 months for a wedding of 200 plus guests. I had only planned on reserving tents and the dance floor because we had good friends that were going to giving us a discount on their tables and chairs they have. However, the man I spoke with 3 months ago said he would give me a 30%discount for reserving all items with them. So I booked. Here we were 12 days before the wedding and I text him to receive a quote from them. Received my quote so then I asked about my discount. He said "we don't do discounts", I told him what he told me 3 months ago and responded "well we don't do discounts on tents".. I responded with what he told me 3 months ago... his response "well then we will do 8% but not 30%" (which is a large difference when you're on a budget). So I spoke with the bride to see if she wanted to move forward with this and she said yes we are too close to the wedding now. So I confirmed with him via text message so I knew I had it in some form of documentation instead of verbal... twice... and days have gone by with no response, tried to call only ONE time I will admit (because at this point I didn't trust verbal communication).In the mean time we got another quote from an out of town company for emergency (yes, more expensive) and with no response from Jazanas we went with the out of town company due to the fact they were direct straight forward and did contracts so we could ensure we would have seats to sit on and tables to eat on for over 200 guests.It was my fault from the get go not reading the online reviews as well as not getting a contract, the man was very nice that I spoke with so I just trusted his verbal word, as well as wanted to use a company IN TOWN to support our community. This company may be good but definitely learn from my mistake and get a written quote and contract from the very beginning so you know what you are/are not getting and don't have a worry that your rental items may or may not show up for your big day.

Horrible service. They actually came and picked up the jump house mid party cause of a disagreement. I would rather let the kids play with a hoop and stick than use this company.

Worst company ever. Just witnessed them shake down parents for money and deflate a bounce house and make a birthday boy cry... Unreal. Do yourself a favor and find another business. If I could give negative stars I would.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Went to a party where they used one of their bounce houses. Even after being paid they came and insisted on taking the bounce house early. Very rude people. Would never do business with them...

Really nice people it's was super easy to rent from them. The jumping castle was really clean inside they even put ninja turtle on the side.. I definitely recommend this company!!!

Carlos and Ana were great, very friendly and personable. We needed chairs, tables and a canopy for a last minute event and they were able to accommodate with no problem, despite their very busy schedule. They delivered everything on time and picked everything up the next day. Carlos & Ana helped us out helped us out with an event despite short notice, and their pricing was reasonable. They were very personable and even upgraded the jumper for us. They were right on time for delivery and pick up. Thank you Jazana's be sure to contact them for your party rental needs. (They have jumpers, water slides, tables/chairs/linens, canopies etc)
