I love Innova Med Spa! I've been seeing Dr Mora for over 10 years and her service has always been impeccable! Over the years I've done a verity of treatments (laser hair removal, lip blushing, Boxot, Fillers....), but today I Just did the Moveo Glow Laser Facial and my skin looks and feels amazing. I Highly recommend Innova Med Spa and Dr Mora.

Just for background, I am 29. I have begun to notice little signs of aging, hyperpigmentation/ tiny spots on my cheeks, slight crows feet, etc. Nothing major but I would rather keep it that way. I typically get a facial once every 4-6 weeks. My facials have ranged from acne facials, the hydro facial, red carpet facial, micro needling and the Botox facial- etc. The CO 2 Laser is hands down my favorite treatment to date!I am very sensitive! I've had facials where the extraction tool literally imprinted on my face (different spa of course) and with micro needling I look like a tomato for about 4 days- my appointment was for Dec 21 and with it being so close to Christmas I was worried about the healing process. My esthetician Carlos heard all of my concerns and assured me that I had nothing to worry about. He told me what to expect during, after and even gave me lotion samples to help with the healing process. I did my entire face, neck, I have a pigmented scar on my breasts and a nasty burn on my arm from a curling iron 10 years ago.... 3 weeks later and my skin is glowing! The scar on my breast has lightened up nicely, no notable difference in the texture yet, the burn mark seems to have lightened up a bit and the texture is smoother and I can't wait to see what it looks like after I go for my recommended amount of treatments.

I've been coming to innova for more than a year. They are the Best!! Dr. Mora and the whole staff are very professional and super nice. I love this place and I highly recommend them.

I knew I wanted to start some preventative botox, and had the urge to give my lips a little plumping. Dr. Mora made me feel comfortable & took her time making sure I was aware of what every step of the process entailed. Also, clear instructions for the 48hrs to follow. Her staff was amazing and extremely personable. I love the look of my lips and will definitely be going back to explore her other treatmemt options.

I went in to get PRP Treatment for my lower lumbar. I've been nursing a herniated disk that wasn't healing. I had received a series of PRP Treatments from Dr. Mora for both my knees in the previous years and it really helped. My knees are no longer in pain and are working fine. Happy to report that my back seems to be on the right path. My pain levels have dropped and my mobility is increasing daily. I consider Dr. Mora my primary care physician. Her knowledge and approach of using our own body and mind, as well as natural remedies and supplementsis to heal is something our health care systems desperately is lacking. Also, around Thanksgiving 2020 I contracted the covid virus. I was down. Once again, Dr. Mora came to my rescue. She went beyond the call of duty by checking in on me and sending me a covid-19 care kit. I got through it unscathed. Innova Medical and Spa and the care of Dr. Mora, I highly recommend!

Innova Medical & Spa is very innovative and cutting edge with their procedures and products offered. I was very please with Dr. Mora's professionalism, recommendations, and staff members customer service. My procedure results were outstanding and I am very happy with results. I highly recommend Innova Medical & Spa for all naturopathic needs.

Innova Medical & Spa has been double charing for the same service on two of my mothers account. They have failed to go through their billing to resolve the issue. This has been going on since May 2018. My mother has spoken to the receptionist twice and this young lady tries to confuse my mother and her intelligence. My mother gave them the Bank of America card for the first service which was $213.00 to be used only once. The second credit card Wells Fargo was to be used on a monthly basis for her sessions. Innova has been running the $99.00 dollars on both of my mothers credit cards. When we call to speak to the accounting department Peggy is never in the office. Innova has no way for anyone to email the doctor or the accounting department which makes us very leery of Laura the receptionist. Innova states that they do not have the Wells Fargo credit card on file and can not find it in their system. But they are running the fees and charging $99.00 on a monthly basis. Both account statement reflect the $99.00 which still remain unsolved. We are still waiting to hear from the accounting department.

Great service and staff. Dr Mora is a wonderful doctor and cares about her patients. Highly recommend coming here if you are tired of going to mainstream doctors who only spend a few minutes with you.

I've been seeing Dr Mora for years for my general health, and she is awesome. Always goes through my lab results, and I never feel rushed or uniformed. However, I just had a Cool Peel laser treatment and I can't believe I have been missing out on the aesthetics! Great results and it was easy and fast.
