If my Dr tells me I need infusion treatments again... Forget going back to Banner University and their BS. I'm running to this place. Love the private rooms. Staff is very friendly.

When my husband called to set this up, ( Covid regen monoclonal antibody treatment) the woman was super nice and understanding. She even made sure we went through every avenue possible to qualify for the treatment. Never did the amount it cost come up when scheduling. Once I arrived at the clinic, everyone was nice and accommodating, telling me I should feel better in a few hours, or by the next day. Again, never discussing the cost, or possible out of pocket amount after insurance. I believe they take advantage of the fact that people who have Covid are either out of it, or desperate for treatment. I would have tried it anyway, most likely, however not knowing they'd send me a $650 bill 2 months later is just plain deceptive and shady. I have no documents showing how much it will cost, no verbal disclosure of possible cost, just -" yeah, we can get you in". BTW- I had delta and the treatment did nothing for me at all. I remained sick for weeks, wondering f what they actually put in that IV.

I needed a rapid covid test. This group was so good at communicating what tests they had, when they were getting more tests, and had an orderly process for the many people who were waiting. They were very organized. The facility is clean and bright. They treated everyone with great care. It was an excellent experience at a very difficult time. Bravo to the staff!!! You are champions!!
