Inca Fusion Peruvian Restaurant

I've never had Peruvian food but our friends brought us here for authentic food. The owner is really amazing with customer service making sure the ENTIRE time that we enjoyed everything. My favorite dish I tried was the jalapeño firecrackers. Super good I'd definitely come back for more

Inka Fusion in Avondale truly delivers an exceptional dining experience! We visited with our friends, Bill and Mary, and were thoroughly impressed. The salmon was cooked to perfection, bursting with flavor. The mixed grill plate offered a delightful variety, each item as delicious as the next. The fried fish dish? Crispy, tender, and absolutely mouthwatering. The ambiance was warm and inviting, making it a perfect spot for a night out with friends.Additionally, the owner was incredibly kind and attentive, ensuring that every detail of our meal was taken care of. His personal touch elevated the experience even further, making us feel truly welcomed and appreciated. We can't wait to return!

The food flavors pop and says wowww in your mouth every bite! The inside was very clean and plenty of seating for our group of 5. The service is what takes this place to the top! The owner was very friendly and accommodating! He gave lots of great recommendations and provided an overall great experience!

Of all the Peruvian restaurants I have been to I feel like their dishes were extremely authentic and rich in flavor. Our waitress was very attentive and offered multiple suggestions which did not disappoint. I highly recommend their ceviche ...and dare I say it's better than "Pisco y Nazca." They top it with pieces of fried fish that almost melts in your mouth and perfectly crispy on the outside. I also have to recommend their Pesto pasta. My lord! It's better than any Italian pesto. Their presentation and look inside is more of a homey feeling. But I promise it won't disappoint.

Took my Peruvian Wife for her birthday.Her request for her birthday was Peruvian Ceviche.Her Leche De Tigre Ceviche was awesome and i had the Lomo saltado combo with beef, chicken and shrimp.I have been to many Peruvian restaurants here and back in NY and NJ.This was the best i have ever had.On top of a great meal the waitress was terrific.Made us feal welcome and gave terrific service with a beautiful smile.We will be back and suggest you give it a try as well

Was pretty packed inside this time but the service, per usual, was great. I really enjoyed the tuna carpaccio, don't get it if you don't like spicy things though!

I've been to Inca Fusion a couple times now, and both times have been a great experience. The staff is friendly, the food is excellent, and the restaurant itself is clean and inviting. For appetizers we have tried the yuca fries and the calamari. For mains, we have tried the Steak Saltado, Camaron al Ajillo, and the Chicharron de PescadoAll the food has been top notch in taste and quality. I highly recommend asking for a bottle of aji verde sauce for the table. It's spicy and delicious! The portions are great for the price as well, you definitely won't be leaving hungry. If you're looking for a unique dining experience (don't see that many Peruvian restaurants around) definitely check this place out!

My Peruvian boyfriend and I were pretty disappointed with their food. We kind of had a high expectations because of good reviews. Positive:Service was goodRestaurant is new so it looks nice and cleanPlenty of parking spaceNegative:I could go on and on about negatives but I will try to keep it short.Food was on salty side. Especially the huancaina sauce and the rice that came with lomo Saltado.Food overall just didn't meat the standard that we would expect from Peruvian cuisine. I did read one review after I ate here that someone saying the food does not taste like real Peruvian food and the restaurant commemted saying " it is a fusion restaurant. "So you would probably enjoy it if you don't expect them to be an "authentic Peruvian restaurant"

The food and service was amazing! Everything had so much good flavor. I am the queen at taking pics of my food but I was so hungry and craving Peruvian that I forgot. Big portions. My husband and I shared the Ina-mix special and the fried rice was so flavorful and meat was tender. My mom got the pesto pasta with fried chicken and potato's in huancaina (the owner recommended this dish) The owner was so sweet and friendly, he made sure we understood the menu and was very attentive. Definitely coming back!
