Such sweet, attentive staff!! Great, classic breakfast food! With simple, classic diner ambience!! I had the Traditional Eggs Benedict, and they were accommodating enough to get me extra hollandaise on the side! Highly recommend for a chill, diner-like experience with friends or coworkers in the midtown area!

After leaving the Heard Museum we were looking for a place close by to satisfy our breakfast and lunch cravings. As soon as I saw "Hope" on the sign (my name also) I was drawn in. Our server told us the they had only been open for about 3 weeks but everything ran smoothly. We were seated by Hope herself and later talked with her nephew who told us that Hope & her husband had owned 3 similar restaurants in Texas so they are by no means newcomers to the business. My husband had country fried steak with eggs, fruit and pancakes. I had a chicken panini with peppers, tomato, feta cheese, spinach and pesto aioli. It was moist and delicious. Menu was extensive and about 6 pages long. Everyone will be able to find something they like!

We visited here a few weeks after their opening. We stopped in for lunch based on the positive Google reviews. I'll eventually learn to stop doing that. It's a nice sized place that has a diner-style vibe. The one unique thing they do is bring you a complimentary bottle of water for the table to share. This was cool. Unfortunately, that where the food stopped. We had the BHS omelette and the California toast. Neither of these were particularly good. I'm not sure how to make an omelette this dry but they have found a way. It was also confusingly bland. You'd think 3 types of meat & 2 types of cheese wrapped in the middle of the omelette would have some type of taste... but no. The California toast was also pretty lifeless in the taste dept. Maybe we caught them on an off day or we ordered the wrong thing? Pretty sure we won't be back to figure it out. As we headed out, my wife said, "That wasn't very good." The server was nice and did well.If you're headed here order something besides what we did. Hopefully it'll be better than our experience.

Our group of seven came here just before noon on President's day. The building used to be the old IHOP, so parking was not an issue and they did a thorough make over of the building itself- it was spacious, very clean and bright, pleasantly decorated with a modern theme. I ordered the pork chop with grits; the pork chop was delicious and the grits had a great homemade texture and taste. All the portions were generous, so my friends allowed me to have a little taste of what they ordered, and everything was so good. Very good price point too, especially considering the quality and quantity of the food. Service was excellent, warm and friendly. I very highly recommend this place!

I am SO THRILLED to have another brunchy place where the IHOP used to be. Our family is still looking for our go-to restaurant with a wide variety of foods, and Hope's looks promising (except that it isn't open for dinner). Parking is plentiful in the lot as well, so it's easy for a midtown restaurant. The interior is nice and new and looks pretty much like the remodeled IHOP before it closed. Service is amazing, attentive, and friendly (ask for Ben!). They provide bottled water which tastes great - Phoenix water can be hit or miss.I've been here twice in a week so I'm a fan! Highly recommend the monte cristo sandwich (not deep fried and I prefer it that way) and the crepes. Sausage and bacon are really good and the cheese grits are amazing. We'll absolutely be back.

I had heard from neighbors that it was good, so a group of five of us went on a Sunday morning to try it out. It was crowded, but not full, so we got to sit down right away. Service was good, food was good, and everyone in our group was happy with the experience. We finally have a breakfast place in Midtown where the food and service is good! Recommended.NOTE: Lots of fresh squeezed juices... :)
