Homestead North Park

Welcome to Homestead Park. Here we have two playground areas with the larger one having two islands. Island 1 has three slides (two open, one tube). There are two ways to get up, scale a vertical wall or climb a ladder. Neither of these are friendly for small or young kids and they will need help getting up. On Island 2 there is a roller slide and young kids can get up here. In the same area there is also fake rocks connected with "spider webs" and two zipcords - one rope and one chair. All in all my 5yr old can do it all without assistance but the 3yr old needs help.The second playground are is geared towards smaller kids and has one slide.There is also a field to play ball games or fly kites. A pickleball court and a basketball court. Swings and two ramadas. In all, not a bad little park.-1 star for the entire place being limiting for littles.

There is a private group training attack dogs right next to the playground scaring the children. They have a large van with kennels of aggressively barking dogs opened up to the parking lot kids are passing and they are training to bite which is making several children cry. Kids have a right to feel safe at a public park. They said they do this every Saturday and three days per week. This is unprofessional and irresponsible, there are several other locations to teach kill strategies that would ensure safety and security for children at parks. Here's a picture of the dog being on a leash not being held. This is illegal.

Pretty cool park! Great for kids 1-12. No bathrooms! Yikes for potty training kids! Has a cute tennis and basketball court (separate courts).

Great park!! My daughter loves coming here. They have a ton of different types of slides, swings, and play areas. There's also a smaller area for the little little ones as well. It's definitely one of our go to parks in the area!

Amazing park in safe area. Lots of fun things like rope swing ,hammock ,merry go round, basketball, a sidewalk to walk and exercise area.
