FIRST time coming here as I am Jamaican & don't typically try other food. I simply came by intending to MAYBE try something & didn't see anything I really wanted to try so I got an uber to leave. While waiting for my uber outside maybe after 5 mins I was told that if I didn't buy anything that I couldn't sit at the outside patio. I understand as I work in the food industry; However , there was literally 1 single person in the entire restaurant & no one outside. I still complied because well who knows maybe the entire restaurant would get filled or paying customers would come and want to sit outside (none of which happened). I then stood up and walked over to the opening to leave but stood under the shade. After another 7 mins he came back outside to tell me that this "area" is bad (whatever that should mean) and so they don't have customers typically standing up outside & I should go across the street .. however at this point my uber was 1 min away so I politely declined & told him it's arriving now & left. Could you Imagine ? .. if I ever thought to come back here he literally ruined the chances & I was actually extremely happy I didn't purchase anything at you guy's establishment. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was very rude & it would have costed them nothing if I sat as NOT A SINGLE OTHER PERSON CAME. In sales one thing we preach is today's prospect might be tomorrow's customer so just because you may have not gotten the sale TODAY don't mean it's not possible in the future & with this place u guys certainly ruined that & I don't even leave comments typically so it says A-LOT about the way I felt after leaving.

We did a search for late night bites and decided to give Gyro 101 a try and we are so happy that we did. The service was great, and the food came out fresh and hot. Probably the best fried pickles that i've ever had, and the gyro wrap plate was outstanding. Can't wait to visit again and try more food!!
