BLTA on a sourdough croissant. This was one of the best sandwichs I've ever had. Fresh croissant. Fresh veggies. Perfectly cooked bacon and the balsamic drizzle. You have try this. Torrie and John are so friendly and fun, let them grace your presence with some tasty food.

Why is food always better when it comes from a food truck?!Anything and everything at this food truck is delicious. And bonus, all of the ingredients are locally sourced + the owner is cognizant of being kind to the planet so the containers are recycled.I have had the pleasure of enjoying a Cubano & a grilled cheese with bacon. There's a reason the cubano is their bestseller! This truck KNOWS flavor combinations. They're open to requests too. Don't hesitate to ask for a custom-made dish.If you're lucky enough to get this food truck at an event-near-you... Run, DO NOT WALK, to get in line for their guacamole goodness.

Delicious....first time trying this truck. I am not a Guacamole fan (I know judge me)! I saw someone walking with the croissant sandwich and was intrigued. The menu does consist of the green stuff. I really like cubano's so I was in. I was not disappointed, glad I staged one of these. It was $10 and well worth it. Others ordered the avocado toast with bacon and egg and they too enjoyed it. Next time the croissant sandwich!!!!

This food truck was at the fall festival at my daughters school and it was amazing!!! They uses all local sources as far as they're bread meats and produce. They're food is so simple but so amazingly delicious! We got the avocado toast with bacon and balsamic and it was divine! They were pretty busy and the owner made it a point to come out and ask how the food was and to chat with us he was very personable! We immediately followed their social media and will catch them at their next parking!! Do yourself a favor and eat all of their goodness

I don't often leave a review.. but...I was so happy/impressed with my "Guac on Up" experience. The couple running the truck were extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered the BLT sandwich. The bread was buttery, crispy and delicious...the bacon was perfect (I requested crispy) and the overall sandwich was literally "one of the best I've ever eaten...Looking forward to trying some of their other menu items!

Absolutely love the Guac On Up food truck!!! Great food and great people running it!! I have followed them all over to support them. I always go and buy 2 sandwiches. The Cubano is one of my favorites. And then I usually have them surprise me on the other one. Just had their new sandwich... the grilled cheese with pastrami and egg and it was amazing!! If looking for some great food to try follow the Guac On Up Food Truck!!!! Often at the Gilbert Farm Market!! You won't be disappointed!!!!

Despite the real struggle of the delay due to change of propane, the flavors were good. Service was great and the personality of the owner is fantastic. We had a large order consisting of tacos, nachos, pork sandwiches and guacamole toast. So we got to sample a good portion of the menu. The only thing I would say to improve is if it was hotter- I really believe the low temperature was due to the change of propane used to cook the food. I would also recommend that nachos be made last as due to the length of time- they began to clump and harden due to the cheese. (Cheddar is not friendly once it's heated and then cools- maybe a different cheese would dial it up-but this is just a suggestion as I don't eat cheese due to allergies so I'm not a cheese connoisseur!) I love the food trucks and will always support local businesses.

I've never been a fan of avocado toast or guacamole. But this food truck helped show me the error of my ways. Every time I look at their photos on Instagram I'm bitter that I don't have one of their cubanos infront of me!
