Gravitate Smoke & Vape

Quick & helpful assistance. Not a consumer of such yet for the veteran OG in our family who now uses e-cigs the selection is many. Not sure about the competitive price points amongst the massive locations, yet again the service & prices were good for me.

Just walked into this store to grab a disposable vape... they have specials on the front counter... Buyer beware! The cloud nerdz brand they had was bad. Two disposables back to back were bad and they wouldn't do the right thing and exchange. This place is ran by shady business people.

Always friendly and helpful!! Always have my product and flavor! Only thing is they never have a special or some kind of discounts or point system for the loyal customers. My husband and I both go in there and make multiple purchases.

10/10 if you haven't came in you are missing out. Cool people, great glass & awesome hospitality!

I love that they opened a Gravitate closer to my home! I used to go to the chandler one and are so happy they opened one in Gilbert. The staff here are very friendly. Their prices are cheaper than other smoke shops we have been to in the area so this is our go to shop!

same thing the other 1 stars are complaining abt; got a vape and it didn't work. Couldn't come in the same day because I don't drive. I was told I could come in and replace it ANYTIME by the last person I spoke with before today. I paid twice the amount for one vape just for the other one to be completely defective. Kind of sucks when you try to support a small business and they don't support you. Great individuals/employees tho!

It's a solid smoke shop for sure just have to be at work by 730 they posted their hours changed to 7 waited a few minutes afterwards and smoke shop didn't ever open up worker might be late ifk but definitely bad for business two other cars and I were waiting for it to open and ended up leaving

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Andrew was really great as I had multiple items I needed; a new tank for my old mod, new coils and a new mod with a touch screen. He helped me set it up and we primed it for use with my 0% e-juice. I would return to this shop if I'm back in AZ again!

Staff not friendly. I bought elfbar it was defective it didn't have the flavor I bought it was very bland like no flavor. I have never experienced this elfbar. I told staff and they said they couldn't rectify it in no way. Staff doesn't know how to get in contact with manager. The staff told me they nothing in place for customer service. I'm pretty sure if I was white blue eye and blonde hair experience would be different no empathy at all. Just looked at me like I was stupid. Of course I'm black. RED STAR VAPE is around the corner same plaza.
