Brandon was amazing! We had a large party and made a reservation. When showed up he knew right away and helped get us situated with drinks and apps. We noticed he was the only one working and even as the place got packed he still provided A+ service and kept everyone happy while being the only one in the floor. The only negative was when the owner did show up she helped run some food but we over heard her questioning him on the floor if he had charged for the sides of bacon, which he did. As a former service industry worker I felt that was unjust. He was taking care of a full bar and multiple tables on his own and you make him justify his rings on the floor within ear shot of the patrons. Will go back again for sure when Brandon is working.

Today, some friends of mine, from out of town, and I came to this establishment for lunch. I had highly recommended this location as I've always had such a pleasant experience in the past. Today was a completely different experience. When we arrived, it had said we should wait to be seated. There wasn't a server in sight. The only person in sight was the bartender. Having been there in the past and knowing we wanted to sit on the patio, we helped our self to a seat on the patio. I went back inside and spoke with the bartender asking if I should grab the menus. She said that she would go ahead and bring them out to us. At the same time the server must've just started their shift. Once the server started, the service we got was awful. She rarely came to the table. Often forgot to refill my guests drinks, it took me two times to ask for water. When she finally took our order, it was wrong when it arrived. My friends and I ordered flatbread pizzas of different toppings. We both got the same flatbread pizza. She did make an adjustment on the tab. I did tell her about it. When we wanted the check, she was nowhere to be found. I had to go inside and asked to have it brought out. She brought it out, we filled out the tab, and waited, and waited, and waited. I took the tab back inside where she could run it and bring it back out to us. I apologize to my guess more than once. I had never had this kind of experience at Good Time Charlie's. I am extremely disappointed in the overall experience today. The reason I've given it, a two star rating was the flatbread was good. The service really deserves the one.

Went out to visit good time Charlie's again such an amazing place as always. The food is always spot on. The service and staff are always hustling making sure you have enough to drink. Have your food always checking on you which is great which I love about places like this. The ambience was good. The live band was phenomenal. Always a good sucker for live music. So all in all this place is good place you're still able to carry on a conversation that your table with either the music over the house speakers or even when there's a live band in the place but this place is a great meet up and have a drink type of place I highly recommend this place.

My first time here happened to be when Josh Roy was performing. He put on a great show! It was pretty busy, but I managed to get a table right away. Service was... a little lacking. It took a while to get some attention, but eventually I was able to order a beer and some water.I was impressed with their menu. They had a lot to offer and I was so hungry that I couldn't make up my mind. Ultimately, I made the easy choice and ordered one of their Stone Fired pizzas with pepperoni. So good!! I'd really like to try some of the other items on the menu! It's my understanding that they have a lot of live music here, so I will definitely be back to check out some of the other local artists that perform there!

The New Monday night Football girl Replacing Megan sorry to se Megan go she was awesome but guys let me introduce Dakota she is a 5 star bartender drinks are always cold and your food comes out piping hot so come see her Monday and Tuesday when there is Jukebox instead of live band cause I like to be the DJ and control the vibe with Classic Rock instead of live banjooes and crooners just me cause Live bands always pack the house but I prefer a little more laid back vibe and a conversation you can hear just me people !!!!

Come here all the time since I work in the industry and they're open late and have food. Usually the bartenders are chill and the foods not bad so I deal with the old creeps blacking out and throwing up in the bathroom. Came in tonight and didn't get spoken to for 10 min and then was rejected for a beer since my id was at home, although I'm 28 and go there three times a week. This place used to be great years ago and my family and I would always come for lunch. After tonight it's a permanent no thanks

So second trip here was even better than the first! Watch out for the Mozz & Meatballs, so delicious you'll try to eat them all! Sliders were again exceptional and of course the Amber Band was awesome! Really had people engaged!Service and food top notch, entertainment even better!

These bartenders are absolutely the best in Chandler. it's always hard to find a fun spot with good service, but this place goes over and beyond for custom service I Wouldn't go anywhere else.
