Last weekend, we had an absolute blast meeting up with friends and family for a night of mini golf! As soon as we approached the entrance, we were greeted by the sight of a massive castle adorned with vibrant neon lights. It set the perfect mood for an evening filled with fun and laughter. The air was electric with the sounds of arcade games all around us, including some of the beloved classics that sparked happy nostalgia for many in our group.Despite the bustling atmosphere, we made our way to the back to grab our golf clubs. There was a sense of excitement in the air as we prepared for our adventure on the course. We opted for the full 18 holes since we had a large crew, and honestly, I can't think of a better way to bond and challenge each other than some friendly competition. As we stepped onto the course, I noticed it was in great shape! Some reviews had mentioned issues, but we found everything to be tidy and well-maintained, aside from a few stray leaves, which was perfectly understandable given the season. Each hole presented unique obstacles and creative designs that kept us on our toes and added a fun twist to the game. From tricky slopes to whimsical decorations, every play was a new adventure and a chance for a laugh. The excitement was palpable as we all took turns, cheering each other on and playfully teasing those who missed easy putts! At one point, we even had a spontaneous dance-off between holes. I'm pretty sure the other players must have thought we were a bit wild, but who could blame us? The energy was infectious! Overall, it was an evening filled with joy, laughter, and maybe a few friendly rivalries. As the final scores were tallied, we were already making plans to come back for another round. If you're looking for an entertaining night out with friends or family, this mini golf spot is a winner. We had such a fantastic time, and I can't wait for our next adventure there!

This was one of my old hangout spots as a kid. We either got a big group of people together during the summers to hit the water slides or it was an option for a high school date night on the miniature golf course. After all these years, I still find myself visiting here on occasions. The entrance is shaped like a castle and has an old-school arcade and snack bar inside of it. Hanging out at the arcades was one of my favorite activities as a kid. Outside are three different 18-hole miniature golf courses. For as old as this place is, Golfland has done a decent job of maintaining these golf courses. We came over here recently and had fun just being goofy and acting like kids again while playing a round of golf.Sunsplash is the water park side of Goldland and is only open during the summer. It is the perfect place to go to escape our crazy hot summers. They have all types of slides, a lazy river, a wavepool and stuff for toddlers. Golfland Sunplash also has a Fastcar Raceway and Bumper Cars and Boats.Golfland Sunsplash is located in Mesa near the 60. I'm not going to lie, it is in a sketchy part of Mesa. This park was one of the filming locations for 1989 movie "Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure". If you come during the holidays, they transform the golf courses into a Halloween or Christmas themed course with all sorts of decorations and lights.

This place is expensive. The out out course was awesome. It is very well designed. We chose the hard course and it was a load of fun. The bumper cars, race track, etc was out of our price range. Expect to pay over $50/pp to do more then one attraction. Even with their combined activities, it was still $$$

We've been coming to Sunsplash for years. This year it looked really rough. For $55/person, I'd expect better upkeep of the park. The lazy river was full of leaves and garbage, wrappers, straws and bandaids, and lots of green algae growing all over the sides. The wave poolwas clean, but was rough on your feet as it badly needs to be resurfaced. The kid pool had slippery black algae growing in the corners. As we waited by the sidewinder ride for the rest of our party, I looked up and noticed two dead birds hanging several feet off the side of the slide via bird netting. The workers were very kind and professional but the park is not being kept well. Slides were great, food was very pricey as usual. Not sure if we'll come back next year.

We had a blast! I took my girls the last day before school started as a surprise. Everything about our experience was wonderful. The lines weren't too long. The staff was friendly and the lifeguards all extremely helpful. We will 100% be back! Probably in the colder months to golf and do the race track! Those both looked super fun.

We discovered Sunsplash because they were on our Pogo Passes! Now, we always make a point to plan a Sunsplash day every summer with all the cousins! It is easy to spend the whole day there, but make sure you take sandals to wear while walking in between waterslides - the sidewalk gets hot. They have a great little kid area with shaded tables that we usually make home base, then the older kids can pair off and go explore. Kids are never ready to go home, so be prepared for a little complaining when it's time to end the fun. (one thing we love about sunsplash is you don't have to pay extra for the tube rental! And they have lifejackets you can borrow for free for the wave pool.)

I have been coming here for years, and I understand it's old, but this place has really gone downhill. The wave pool was covered in disgusting, large patches of what I can only assume was slimy algae. Basically everything is falling apart. Instead of spending the money on the new attraction, they are building. They should've invested into fixing up some of the existing attractions. Eek.

CAN YOU SAY Waste of money We took 5 adults and 6 kids. It COST just under $500. 1st of all, it says on their web page that all people must pay (no spectators). Dont be fooled into paying for adults and anyone not going on or using attractions/rides. The no spectator policy is not enforced, and there were many adults without wrist bands on the property. We paid for all adults, and only 2 adults used any of the attractions/rides. 2nd, if you buy the $6.99 video game upgrade, dont expect much. 1) it only works on 60% of video games (if the machine was even working). 2) The card is severely restricted to playing about 1 game every 5 minutes. If you swipe it in a game that is on but not working, it makes you wait 1 to 5 minutes to be able to start another game. (They purposely slow the game play down). 3) All of the 6 video game cards had lots of problems with using them. We went to the counter, and the young lady who said she was the manager (but refused to give her name) was very annoyed and condescending. 1)She talked to me as if i was stupid. 2)She even told me the card was not valid before even looking or trying the card. 3) she seemed very annoyed that I was there. The video game cards themselves were very difficult to use, and all 6 kids (age 9 to 15) gave up within 30 minutes. Now, if kids gave up that easily, you have to know it must have been lame!!!!The restroom was clean but very dark, so i would recommend not allowing your children in there alone. As others have said in other reviews, the employees here (and i now agree) are lacking in smiles, enthusiasm & and energy. What a shame!!Saftey hazzard pointed out to the so-called manger, and she replied they know, and it will be fine. Sure, until a little kid puts their finger get and gets shocked. Dont pre pay for food online. it's the same price at the counter and more choices. they make you feel that they give you a discount if you preorder they dont. as well as the pizza is way over price for frozen pizza. even now that every thing cost more. ( they also dont enforce there no food in the park rule as several people had outside drinks with them).I feel i am fair in all my reviews, and this place is a BIG FAIL for the money they charge. Try Urban Air. It's newer, all indoors, and better value for the money. ( I have no affiliation with Urban Air)..........

This place is outdated, and poorly maintained. Putts don't roll straight. We were there two days ago, and my honest review was deleted. It's expensive for what you get. Looked like they hadn't blown nuts and leaves off for a few days. Save your money and find a better course.
