Golden Taco

We drive by Golden Taco daily and finally stopped in to try it out!!It's a very simple set up, straight to the point which I liked.They have $1.99 tacos on Tuesdays!! Great deal!Excluding the Birria tacos they are regular price, but so worth it!They are mouth watering delicious I would definitely recommend Golden Birria Tacos

The tastiest tacos on Power Road-West Valley! Arrived around lunch time and ordered 3 tacos-birria, carne asada, and pollo plus side of rice and beans. Order came out super fast with two bottles of hot sauces. I enjoyed all three tacos-you can't go wrong! The rice and beans were also a hit-the beans had a nice kick of spice to it which I appreciate! Plenty of tables. Service is as good. I'd come back again!

Very simple, very authentic, and very satisfying! So happy with this surprise visit! My husband was craving street tacos and we happened to be in the area. We ordered a whole spread of tacos and were very impressed with the selection and overall execution!We ordered: - Birria,- Carne- Pastor- cabeza- tripas- fish tacoThe fish taco was my fav, very satisfying and a bit bigger than the general street tacos. It was refreshing, flavorful and all the flavors went so well together.My husband can't even decide between Carne, Fish & Tripas... this should tell you, you really can't go wrong. Go in, get a mix! It's so worth it!

Ignore the ants and flys as you eat at one of the few tables available. And if you're vegan just turn around and exit. We asked for lettuce and tomato and would have had better luck asking for caviar. Taco Tuesday offers $2 tacos which is basically a scoop of meat over a very small corn or flour taco. It's great for people on a budget where Taco Bell is to expensive.. but mark my words they will be out of business or shut down by the az health department before long.

Yummy, fresh, hot and fast.. nice ladies here. Fast service, not crowded. Watching top gun on the TV, eating yummy hot food, no screaming kids.. nice lunch.

OMG the tacos here were delicious! Beans and rice were also yummy. They have a mild and spicy salsa which were both yummy. Good flavor and the right amount of heat. Got lucky because we happen to show up the day before their 3 year anniversary and found out that tacos would be $0.99 on their anniversary. Returned the next day to get more tacos and ate one of every type of meat. They were all good, but the pastor and carne asada stood out the most for me.

If you like birria, this place has the best! Their burritos are huge and come with all the delicious fillings you could ask for.

It was just ok. The chicken had gristle in it. The beef was better, cut into tiny cubes. Salsa was good. My clothes and hair smelled after running in to pick up a to go order.

Tried this taco place for the first time. Overall it's not bad, but it is very average. The tacos used some nice fresh tortilla and their corn and flour both taste homemade. The guacamole was the major disappointment, it tastes like store bought Safeway guacamole that has a plastic aftertaste from the container it comes in. This was a big detractor on the overall meal quality, as the burrito and fish taco come with the same guacamole sauce that just does not taste fresh and ends up bringing the overall flavor down. Service was friendly and fast at least, so if you are looking for a quick fix this place is an okay choice, but if you are looking for something more authentic there are better options.
