A little expensive, but they have higher grades of meat. They also have some miscellaneous seasoning and such, but we didn't try that. We had some sausage they make, plus some simple ground beef. We will be returning.

First time here. Lots of good cuts across the board. The guy that helped me was helpful and professional, plus gave me four heftier cuts. Problem is the lunkhead who thinks he's the head bouncer at a rock concert bossing people around. He told me where I need to stand to pay, not once but twice. Apparently I did not move fast enough for his first demand. The problem is I was already standing less than two feet away from the guy ahead of me paying as I was next in line. I like to give the person ahead of me a bit of space, you know, while they enter their pin code and conduct their private business. I guess that wasn't close enough for wannabe boss guy's liking. If you need me to move, no problem, but you better ask me politely, not demand it from me, especially when I am a patron of your business. Likely will not return.

Was in the neighborhood of Gilbert Butchery so, I stopped in. Beautiful meat displays and extras. Have a dry aging case with some Beautiful beef cuts! Everything looked top shelf. I didn't buy anything though......sticker shock. I'll come here when I have a special occasion. I will be back with a fatter wallet

This is a great place to buy dog bones! They have marrow bones and "canoe" style ones also. Bags in the frozen bin were about $25 for 2 large marrow bones and 4 canoes. Keeps my big dog busy and happy for many hours.

Everything I have ordered and bought from them has been excellent. They answer the phone. They are very knowledgeable. My order is always perfect and ready on the time I ask them to have it ready

They replaced my turkey breast which was butterflied incorrectly so I am happy. Dan was helpful in explaining the difference between requesting butterfly tto lay flat and butterfly to stiff and roll. Was helpful and very happy with their commitment to customer service.

I was impressed with the variety of game meats and ambiance. It's a small but cool place.

I took a javelina to them and they made it into a chorizo. It took five days and price was very reasonable. The results were fantastic. First time I've eaten javelina without a nasty after taste. Excellent job guys!!! I've had friends use you and they've been very pleased too.

$200 worth of oxidized incorrectly packed wagyu ribeyes. Place was highly recommended but if I'm spending this much they should know how to package it. They offered to replace them but the lady on the phone gave me attitude and said they are fine nothings wrong so I opt to post here. Save your time and go somewhere else unfortunately. I've had better wagyu shipped to me cross country.
