Gilbert Art Walk

Gilbert used to be my favorite but it's become too trendy/crowded. I went at the start (9am) and already it was full of people with strollers & dogs. It's such a tight area that it doesn't lend itself to a nice leisurely stroll from booth to booth. It's a shame because it used to make for a nice Saturday morning activity to bring out of town guests to. One of my favorite vendors was asked not to bring jewelry as there were so many other vendors selling jewelry. Hers is NOTHING like the others so it's ridiculous that they even told her that. Oh well, like everything else that gets too big, I'll just take my shopping elsewhere.

UPDATE: I did receive a refund on my latest purchase. I still maintain that they need to better their website and communication. I was told that I I did not remove my comments by 5pm Friday, they would assume that I never wanted to participate in the art walk. Well my comments are still here so....

This is an awesome place to buy unique art! They have a wide variety of artists here and I enjoy the friendly atmosphere. The Art Walk definitely adds a great small-town feel to a large city. My mom owns it and has been running it for over 11+ years!

Best art walk! The vendors are unique and friendly. The setting is in beautiful area and is a great addition to downtown Gilbert! I just wish it could be more often and have even more vendors!

Still in the beginning stages, but there are some great artists. The Water Tower Park is right down the street from Liberty Market, Oregano's, and Joe's BBQ so it is the perfect evening of dining and arts.

Best place to sell as a vender ! Great customers, great music, and Cheri is the best!
